Worst experience thus far. It has gradually gotten worse over time but today not only was my pizza uncooked when I asked for it to be burnt. I called, was told that it could not be redelivered so I had to come get it so I did; I got there 20 mins before they closed and the doors were locked and I was completely ignored but all the employees there.

Called and no one answered the phone just immediately picked it up and put me on hold. After 5 minutes on hold I tried again. But same story it rang a few times and then you hear someone pick it up and immediately put on hold, no greeting no nothing, no wonder Pizza Hut is losing to Papa John’s

Apparently, some Pizza Hut locations such as this one reportedly do not have enough drivers so they use a third-party such as Door Dash to deliver their orders. With that being said, I did not receive our pizza order tonight likely due to the Dasher keeping the pizza for themselves. Do yourself a favor and do carry-out or just order someplace else like Marco’s in the South Tampa area.
I have never had a bad Pizza Hut experience like this. Do better PH.

I don’t know who the older man is that works there, but MANNN he knows how to make a pizza!! If he’s there, the order is fantastic every time!! Reminds me of what Pizza Hut used to taste like growing up, spectacular!! If he’s not there…I’d bypass 😞

Our order arrived absolutely crushed in the box. I placed the order on pizza hut website then it was delivered by doordash. Seriously disappointed.

Manger was very rude on correcting an order that was made incorrectly. When ask for a complete refund I was told I would have to wait 2 days until the manager returned to start the process. Had to wait an hour to correct 2 cheese pizzas

The young lady with the red hair deserves a raise. She seems to be the only person in there trying to get things done in an order. Trying to make the pizza in addition to checking out the customers. While the other two just don't seem to know what they're doing. This is the second time I tried to order a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperonis.only to get single pepperoni. In addition to order wings only for them to not drop them so I had to wait even longer

I totally understand that places get busy and restaurants run out of items however to have something replaced without my knowledge, I would’ve rather received a refund because it was disgusting. All of our food was cold because they were 45 minutes past the original delivery time. Nobody gave me a call even though they said they did. My phone is on I get calls and I got a call (personal) during the time that I was waiting for the pizza, wings and dessert. There was no reason I should’ve had to put my $55 order worth of food in a microwave because I’m at a hotel waiting for my flight. We had to sit there and suffer and eat nasty cold food. I’ve never had an experience like this, but a full refund would be lovely because I could’ve went with my original idea of Chinese food, but we wanted to give Pizza Hut a chance and they ruined my last night of vacation here in Tampa, Florida. This is absolute insanity and I am not a happy customer. And no, I didn’t get any pictures because I didn’t want that on my phone. I’m a big tipper and I was going to tip in cash but because I feel like I didn’t tip on the card when I paid ahead of time, my order was purposely messed up. Because how does someone confuse barbecue with buffalo they don’t sound the same. I wanted the chocolate doughnut bites, but got some chocolate brownie cookie thing that tasted like the box it came in. And my pizza was cold and it tasted like it been sitting there for about three days.

Was rudely put on hold for over 6 minutes so I hung up and called back just to learn my order wasn’t taken in the first place even though I was asked what I wanted. Then I ask a simple question “what are your pork free meat options” just for the person to say “it would be easier if I just read them all to you” ?

Got my order wrong. Delivery was super late. How do you not understand ramada by Wyndham? It was good except it was cold and thin crust when I specifically asked for pan.
