I ordered a few things. On my 2nd slice of stuffed crust pizza I noticed a light gray/white maybe blonde hair cooked into my pizza. Instantly felt sick to my stomach and threw away everything.

I ordered a dinner box last week. It was delivered, and when my wife went to eat her pasta, she found a nail in it. I called and was told I would have to wait for the GM, Ashley, to be in for a refund. I have called three times since then, and she has not reached out to refund me for my order. I have been told by multiple people that she would contact me, but she has yet to do so. I will never eat from this location again.

Picked up my order and there was a mistake. We all make mistakes. It’s how you handle your mistakes that shows your character. The manager, Diane, was amazing. I felt like a celebrity! It was a minor issue, but she more than made it right. Diane is the definition of customer service! Every restaurant should have a Diane! Thank you!
