The pizza was great the gentlemen that took my order was great but there was a woman that went outside the front of the store to smoke her vape I believe she has two braids and that was just very unprofessional of her especially in front of customers.
There is a guy in a wheelchair who works there he's nice and friendly the only thing I don't like is he's in a wheelchair he uses his hands by grabbing on the wheels of the wheelchair that's not too bad but when he goes to get the pizzas and he reads the tickets then he opens the box and puts the ticket in the box. But by then his hands have touched the wheelchair wheels and that receipt. I don't want hands that have touched wheels to touch my food it's very unsanitary.

Hands down the best Pizza hut in the city!! They make you feel like family, excellent service great staff including the best manager, Ashley, the best and freshest made food every time cant ask for more. The only pizza hut I go to even if I'm out the way from this location it is literally worth the drive. They have the best employees at this location. A+++++ GRADE

This is my first time ordering from this location and my experience was not great. I ordered a large 1 topping pizza online for pick up, 1 2 liter soda and 2 sauce cups. I live 5 mins from the location and the app said my food would be ready in 15mins from 6:27pm. I arrived at my location around 6:48pm, no one greats you, it's super quiet. A woman comes from the back and says how can I help you, I said hi, picking up. I get my pizza and other items and before leaving I open the box to check if my sauce cups are inside since I didn't see her place them in the bag with the soda. At first glance the pizza looks ok. I get home to eat the pizza and notice in the bright light how DRY and OVERCOOKED it was. It looked like it was made earlier in the day and has been sitting. I'm pregnant and experiencing very painful Braxton hicks, so going back to wait for a new pie was out of the question. I do know that I will not order from this location again. Not a good first impression or customer service.

I went into the store three times and no one even acknowledge or spoke to me to even take my order after I saw them making pizza and taking personal calls on their cell phones and making pizza without any gloves, taking those same hands and making the piece of dough I felt very well disgusted, and left the store. You guys really need to do better. We are paying customers out here and we deserve a lot more zero starts you guys need wear gloves like the rest of the world If zero stars is possible that what I would choose
