Worst pizza I ever ordered! They forgot 3 drinks we were supposed to get, and all 3 of our personal pizzas were smashed like pancakes! Every bit of cheese stuck to the box lid, horrible! of course when I call and ask for a refund there is no manager available to do it.
the Hillsborough location located right of Dale mabry honestly sucks, I've always preferred pizza hut but may just switch to dominos after so many failed "re trys" normally food at this location is either not delivered for hours on end (its a 10 minute WALK from me so I'm not sure why a delivery driver would take that long when I was told they were on route and food was cold that day) bread sticks are almost always bricks and this last time I went in a man in a orange shirt pretty...read full review
Horrible service and not sure how they still open. The review on google says it all. Slow service, rude customer service, mess up orders etc.... the question of the day is” any manager or owner care enough to read the reviews here and other sites?” If you don’t care that certainly explains why the employees don’t care either
