Omg !!!! I had a bad experience with Pizza Hut and they had me driving around to different ones , I had placed the order at 11:30 until they sent me to this Pizza Hut 10 min before closing , and Edwin made our day he was very nice and understanding and loved his customer service , we need more people like him !! Hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in years, so I was pleasantly surprised. They were doing $2 Tuesday for Personal Pan Pizzas. There was a small up charge for additional toppings and I was able to order on the app.

cashier had no clue was he was doing.. came in for a pizza and took longer than 30 minutes with an empty lobby, taking the order alone took 10 minutes and all it consisted of 1 pizza. i would never on my worse day even face in the direction of this terrible establishment, don’t order pizza unless you want to wait 30-40+ minutes on a simple order.

Edwin literally is a Superhero. He greeted me and my family as soon as we came in, and you can tell it wasn’t forced. Before just checking me out, he went and made sure my order was even in the process of being made. When the order came out, and was slightly off, before I could even say anything, Edwin was taking my order back and making sure he personally handled it and fixed it. He made sure my kids were good during our visit. He is very valuable to that store and very caring to the community.
