I order delivery. The last 3 times were absolutely phenomenal. (Well last time the cheese on the pizza was baked nicely but bottom (dough) may have been a tad under). Regardless, it was delicious. They use a good amount of cheese, which is a must. Toppings are delicious. The most surprising thing is that their wings are very good. Even when putting very saucing sauce. The chicken wing skin isn’t soggy. They crisp the outside of the wings while maintaining juicy meet inside. Nothing worse than a soggy/soft skin with wings. These are delicious. They are a little smaller. The flavors I’ve tried are amazing. I wish there was a way to split the order when ordering the 20 wing deal. Like 10wings one flavor and 10 another. Delivery is generally good and timely.

terrible service. I went there, and a woman was yelling. Everyone they took Forever to take the order. Some people leaving, canceled to pizzas, places, dirty. I order Birthday cinnamons. They were offering me on the app, and I Was mistreated. I won't definitely don't come back to the store and don't recommend anyone to go This Store, While I was there, most three people canceled the order, and was upset with the Attendance of the store. Terrible.

I just picked up a pizza I listened to my mom order and the lady not only took the wrong order, she basically called me a lair and I told her I listened to my mom place the order and the manager looked at me stupidly. I also had to wait 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Awful and will never go back. Steer clear

Placed an order through the app for my sons graduation party. Apparently they don’t deliver their own pizza they have door dash do it. Took forever to get here, dasher got lost, even though I put our apartment # In multiple places. When pizza was delivered it looked like it had been dropped and no one wanted to eat it. Called the store got no answer, went through the chat option inside the app, was told all they could do was offer a free 3 topping pizza. When I asked for a refund the chat closed and I had to start all over. By the end of the second round, no refund no free pizza was told a member of the management team would reach out in 1-3 days to discuss. Never heard from anyone, no calls no emails no free pizza added to my account. Pizza was cold and looked horrible. We ended up having to order from another pizza place. We wasted $40 and 2 hrs with this foolishness on a night that was supposed to be a celebration. Pizza Hut lost a few customers that night. We will never order from them again! If management sees this, make some changes, deliver your own food and please give me my money back!
