I arrived 25 min after I placed my order online was asked my name and was told they did not know what I ordered for my carry out. I said what I ordered and my name and sat down there at the pick up station. 15 min later they then ask me again what I ordered and for my name again but this time they wrote my name down and what I ordered. Another 10 min go by the cashier still is confused. I asked to speak with the manager and "she is in the back and is too busy."Last time there was a spider in the pizza and they at least offered a new pizza which was declined but at least it was some type of reimbursement attempt. When I asked for a refund the cashier refused to give me a refund (on my credit card) stating "Sir why would we want to keep your money?" I now have no food and my credit card shows no refund and Ive been waiting for a month. I even gave their corporate my complaint and order number and still crickets for a month now.So if you would like to1. pay money and get no food OR2. pay money and get spider toppings (with a free pizza offering after the fact perhaps with remaining spidy family members on it), I highly recommend this place!Err can't believe I came back to this place after the spider :(

We normally have a decent experience at this location. However, the last time was horrible. Took the staffs forever to look for my order that was placed online. After looking for 15 mins they told me they forgot to make it. She was nice and honest so I decided to wait. Waited so long just to get home and bite into an undercooked pizza. If my pizza was cooked right I wouldn’t be leaving a review because the lady up front was nice. But it’s just crazy how I waited so long and this still happened.

We have always ordered thru pizza hut and done delivery but I guess they stopped using their own delivery drivers and now use Doordarshan. Well we were NOT satisfied at all...they delivered the pizza order to a different home that is not ours and then when I told them they left the pizza at the wrong address I was told to come get it for myself...I'm like NO ! YOU NEED TO DELIVER THE ORDER TO MY HOME ADDRESS!!! I am so sad that you had to lose your guys they were always so nice!!!

This location absolutely sucks, I always have problems with this store. I will never order another item from them again. I had this order setup for no contact delivery. As I was waiting for my order it was taking a long time, so I went to go check the door to make sure I hadn't missed it and the driver was at the door getting ready to put the food down. Luckily I did because when he handed me the food I immediately noticed this was the wrong order as it was a pizza and wings and we ordered pizza and cheese sticks so I tell the driver and he looks at the receipt and sure enough it's an order for an entirely different person. So the driver takes the order back with him. At this point I am trying to call the store to see where my food is because I was just going to pick it up but they refuse to answer the phone. Somehow I end up getting a customer service rep for Pizza Hut and they will not even answer the phone for her either even though the store showed it did not close until 12. So at that point I told her to just refund me the money because this whole ordeal was ridiculous. She kept trying to call the store but no answer so she said she just canceled the order. It's not a big deal to bring the wrong order that happens but for the store to hide out and neglect to answer the phone is just unacceptable.

I’m pretty much done with this establishment. This isn’t the first time my order has been incorrect. I tried to give them an opportunity to prove why they should earn my business but who wants to keep spending money just to not get what you ordered? After multiple delivery fees, tips, gas wasted to go get a refund and money wasted this is frustrating. Basically I ordered a hand tossed pizza because I like the crust. Not sure what’s so hard where they can’t get it right but they longer have my business and I would encourage others to take their money elsewhere.
