Terrible delivery driver. I gave a $5 tip and this guy had the audacity to bang on my door (even though it was not a meet a door delivery) multiple times. Then he called me complaining about the tip amount. I called customer service to remove the tip. I also, admittedly, called the driver, and lost it, as I cannot comprehend complaining about tips as I used to make $5 an hour plus “appreciated tips” at a car wash during a mid western winter season. To hear this immigrant scum, complaining and trying to intimidate me, fills me with rage.

Replaced their drivers with Door Dash. Last order took two hours. Called the store and they had no idea where my pizza was. Pizza Hut signed their death certificate with me for this. I HATE DOOR DASH.

Awful customer service! I ordered pizza for a Halloween party and it was supposed to be delivered at 6:00 and was not. I called the store to check on it and they told me they switched it to Door Dash because they didn't have enough drivers and couldn't really give me any other information. After going back and forth a bit he hung up on me and I have hungry people at my house with no idea when or if the food will ever arrive. Will never order from here again!

I got FOOD POISONING from this place ! Should have listened to the reviews but 30 mins after eating 1 slice of pepperoni pizza I was in the hospital for the next 12 hours. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut express is great for a snack before a long shopping trip at Target. It’s also great to grab something on the way out after a long shopping trip.The food is always hot and taste delicious. It’s quick to order and receive your food. Take it with you or stay and enjoy the cafe.

I placed an order from Pizza Hut from the store at 11627 w Hillsborough in Tampa at 7:30 pm did not receive my order till 9pm. They are always running late but, 1 & 1/2 it’s just too long to wait on pizza, when I place my order online it said 35-40 min delivery time

The absolute worst pizza location in Oldsmar. Pizza is typically Luke warm, not cooked properly, lacking toppings, and they are the slowest on delivery. $5.00 to deliver a single pizza and can take 90-120 mins, no joke. Stay away!

Let me jus say i ALWAYS have a great experience with this particular pizza hut the excellent service i received today Nov19 2021 with lillian was way above excellent she has a very pleasant attitude and help me as soon as i walked in i highly recommend this spot..thank you guys for always providing quality service..?

I previously enjoyed this Pizza Hut location , however I have attempted to order pizza for delivery the past 3-4 months and every time I receive a call back that they do not have drivers and can't deliver. Football game days, midweek, Saturday at 5, doesn't matter - they never have drivers . I have begun to believe this location is not hiring drivers and just pushing more to use Uber for their delivery. I have been in a cast for months and unable to drive so when they offer for me to pickup instead, it is annoying
Absolutely terrible service. Not one employee wearing a mask and the person in back making the food only has on one glove... not to mention the slow pace, the app said it would be done in 19 minutes and I'm still waiting for it 45 minutes later. If I could give this location no stars I would.

I ordered a pizza at 4:55pm and was told my pizza would be delivered by 5:25pm. At 5:50 I called the store to find out why my pizza was not in route and was told my pizza was next to be delivered. At 6:20pm I called back because I still had no pizza,at this point I was told the drivers car broke down and he didn't know when my pizza would be delivered. Maybe 40 more minutes. I explained my issue was my pizza would be cold by then and the manager Nick told me my pizza was being kept in a warmer and would be warm when It arrived. I canceled my order as this place did not have courtesy to call and say there was an issue and then they want to keep my pizza in a warmer for over an hour and then deliver it to me when it's not fresh. Shame on Pizza Hut! I will never order from here again and I recommend you don't order from here either with service like this..

I should have listened to the other reviews about delivery about this location but figured I'd give it a chance..... I ordered my food at 8:22pm it's now 9:22pm my time for delivery was 15-25 min it's been an hour... i called to check up on it. They told me they had 1 driver.. it's a Saturday night How do they only have 1!! Driver?!?... i was only offered just $5 off my order.. never again ordering from this location.. definitely deserve more than just $5 off... & if reviews are terrible about delivery next time listen to them.. lol

I've ordered pizza from this location numerous times and the same issue occurs, but I try to give them another chance but never again. I pre-order and set a time for delivery and they've shown up around 20-30 minute late each time with no apology or explanation. The pizza arrived cold and the last occasion the cheese was practically burnt! There's no point in asking for a re order when it will take over an hour to get it. Very disappointed and it's not a "cheap" option either.
