The store itself was filthy when I walked in. It looked like someone hasn’t cleaned their office space in a week. Note, they treated a regular table like an office so half of the store was unable to be used. I got a smoothie and it came out more like a juice and has absolutely no flavor. They got the drink out fairly quickly but at what cost? It tastes horrible. Would not recommend.

I placed an online order for pickup on Sat November 23. But when I went to the location to pickup my order, the location was closed and no one was working.
I'm extremely upset because I paid for smoothies I never recieved because my order was unfulfilled. I don't even know how to get a refund because the website says to contact the location. But how can that be accomplished if the location is CLOSED!!!! I've never experienced this before and I'm at a loss for words.
****Update: It has been two weeks of reaching out multiple times to be continously told someone would contact me and I have yet to be contacted. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had when it comes to customer service. Why do I have to reach out to get this rectified when this business is the one who dropped the ball. I'm just going to dispute the charge with my bank since this business refuses to fix their mistake.

The worker was super rude. I have worked in the customer service and food industry for many year. She did not greet us at all when we came in. We were the only customers when we walked in and she was sitting on her computer at a table. She was cutting us off and condescending. We continued to be respectful and she continued to act like we were a burden for even walking in. Not someone I would want working in my establishment.

Best açaí bowls in the area. Quantity and quality are top tier. Owners are also very accommodating to special diet requests!
It was our first time here and Katie was so nice. She was patient and she was able to advice my kiddos in what smoothie to get.
