I have been here numerous times and have never received this poor of a level of experience. I have a severe food allergy, watched the woman making my food cross contaminate (no gloves changing when making multiple dishes) and argue with me when I asked her to remake the dish with new gloves. It was explained to her how cross contamination works and she argued back that nothing was cross contaminated. She tried to prove her point while re-making my dish and touching the spoon with the food I am allergic to. All to say she did not remake the dish for free and asked me to pay half. Extremely poor service and the lack of cross contamination knowledge is concerning.

The food is good. Have been going here for the past 3 years. However, last week I noticed that they started to get cheap with the portions of food they give. I figured it might have just been a bad day type of thing, so I ordered again yesterday and again the portion of the food was crap. This sucks. It doesn’t help that they also raised the price on everything including the slushy and teas. I can’t afford to pay more for less at this time. I’m sure others can’t either. I am now looking for a new Poke place. Open to suggestion.
This place is truly amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the food here is absolutely delicious and they have so many options to choose from. The place is super clean and simple. The place is very peaceful and a great place to come and relax when needed.

The woman who always helps us, I'm guessing may be the owner, is very friendly and always remembers our order when we come in even if its only about twice a month. The bowls are delicious and fresh. Love this place.
