The food was super delicious and the service was exceptional. Especially Jahaira greeted us as soon as we walk through the door with a wonderful warm smile she was absolute pleasure and came afterwards and checked on us at the table to make sure everything was to our liking. I will never forget how Pollo Tropical treated my mother June Cheeks. My mother loved her job and worked even though she was diagnosed with breast cancer. That breast cancer turned into brain tumors, ovarian cancer then a rare spinal cancer. Pollo denied her ADA claim until she went to file her short term disability claim which is when they fired her. FOX 13 News - Tampa Bay. Luckily for you, my mom couldn’t proceed with her EEOC claim since due to the brain tumor, she was not in her right mind and could not restate facts (at this time). I will never stop talking about this nor my mom.
