Great experience every time I come to Pollo Tropical. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service makes it even better. I especially want to mention Yahaira, who always takes my order—she’s friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything is correct. Her great attitude really makes a difference. This was my first time visiting this eatery. The restaurant was clean. The front counter associate was a female and she was quite pleasant, patient and courteous. My order was up rather quick. I ordered the Tropichop bowl with brown rice, crispy chicken topped with corn and cheese. I also topped it with the cilantro garlic sauce.😋 I ordered the platain poppers and they were ok. They have cheese inside of them. Not a fan. The value of the meal was definitely affordable in today's economy and might I add healthy then having some other fast food restaurants. Just saying. When I was about to leave I approached the front counter for water to takeout. The gentleman at the counter was not courteous at all. Of course it's not against the law to be rude but good customer service is so rare these days and so it makes it much better visit when your treated fairly. However when I experience something negative and uncalled for I don't support the business anymore.

They need to work on customer service plus you ask for certain food with everything and they just hand out to you whatever they want. The times I do visit this place I feel robbed.

We also want to recognize the entire team. The gentleman at the grill works with such dedication and pride, and you can tell he puts his heart into every meal. The lovely lady who serves is always warm, attentive, and caring—she brings a comforting, home-like feeling to the experience.
