Do not go , Do not go to this location if you don’t want to get sick 🤢 what me and my family saw is absolutely disgusting there was this guy in the kitchen that was cutting up the chicken and literally he came out of the kitchen sat on one of the tables beside us and started putting his socks on his feet. He was touching his feet. Also Then he returned back to the kitchen didn’t even wash his hands. He started, touching all the chicken with his bare hands no gloves he started putting pieces of chicken in his mouth. And eating the chicken Literally what me and my family saw was so nasty we could not believe it this guy was touching everything in the kitchen. He never washed his hands. My daughter went to tell one of the managers I think her name was marry I know she was the team leader she didn’t do anything about it, and she also was wrapping a wrap for someone and she was literally touching her phone. with the same gloves that she was using to touch the food do not go to this place. I don’t recommend it. It’s absolutely disgusting.

Went today and bought a large chicken to find out that it had every thing but chicken not even one piece. It's ridiculous purchasing something through the drive thru making it home and it's nothing to what you expected. Chicken soup with no chicken I will no longer visit this location.

Long time not visiting Pollo Tropical, and recently decided to sop at one found in my route. It was a great lunch. I love their particular delicious grilled chicken in combination with white rice and black beans.

The food is always good, prepared well and healthy, depending on your choices. The problem I've had is communication. I order no corn but get corn. I order salsa and get BBQ sauce. Mind you since it was a to go order, I didnt notice the issues until I got home so I ate it rather than go back to let them know. Would I go back? Yes, because Im sure they were simple mistakes probably made in haste. The food has always been tasty.

Huge fan of Pollo Tropical for many years but unfortunately they no longer have locations in my area. Yesterday I was in this area so of course I was picking up food. HUGE MISTAKE! I may as well have thrown $45 out my car window. Bowl of chicken soup? No corn, no chicken, no plantains, no yuca, all broth and big chunks of potatoes. Steak Salad W/Lettuce? The actual container was not even half filled with ingredients. For the record…there were grilled veggies but no steak and DID NOT RESEMBLE PICTURE WHATSOEVER! Chicken Combo? Sadly the chicken was so dry it was not even edible.
Read the previous negative reviews… The replies state “Our location will use these to learn from and do better”. Well it’s obviously that’s not happening!
The only thing they have going for them is the nice lady at the window.

Each order ALWAYS has missing items. Listen to the other reviews and go to a different location. They won't help because I used a third party delivery (heads up) but without fail, there is something wrong in each order. The employees just clearly don't care.
I’ve been having the same problem every time I come here. I order something in drive-thru, and when I go to the window to pick up the food, they always give the wrong order or missing items. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this hasn’t happened once, but several times
