If I could I wouldn't give it even one star, we went out to eat as a family thinking we were going to a nice place with good food and it turned out to be a bad experience in general, the service wasn't bad but the entire place was dirty, there were even full garbage bags in the living room, dirty tables, dirty floor, food served on a disposable plate and the taste of the food was not good either, we will not return to this place again

Such a disappointment since Pollo is usually so good. The last two times I’ve gone here I left with no food because they’ve messed my orders up, told me they were out of steak and chicken and I ended up having to get my money back. Seems like it’s ran by a bunch of kids. I won’t order from here again.

I will not return nor do I recommend this tropical chicken, the chicken was very dry and burned by 80 percent and the plantains were not fried, they were burned, I asked for them to change it and the same thing was burnt, there is no supervisor who sees the poor quality that they are giving those chickens so horribly burned that they damage anyone's health
