I got E. coli food poisoning from eating there on Friday, June 6 at 3:30 or anybody else who may have eaten there at that time and ate a yellow rice and you did get food poisoning. Make sure you contact the Florida Department of Health and report this place I will never eat at another Pollo tropical again

Im standing at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to be greeted or even helped, 6 different employees including the red shirt manger looked me in my eyes and completely ignored me but greeted the other 2 customers that walked in 15 minutes after me I felt discriminated against and I will not be coming back to this unprofessional establishment

If I could I wouldn't give it even one star, we went out to eat as a family thinking we were going to a nice place with good food and it turned out to be a bad experience in general, the service wasn't bad but the entire place was dirty, there were even full garbage bags in the living room, dirty tables, dirty floor, food served on a disposable plate and the taste of the food was not good either, we will not return to this place again
The owner of the chicken should get to work and not be writing so many opinions...work and leave the basilon!!!!!!
