I love eating at Pollo Tropical and especially at this location. My favorite cook is Alain because he cooks the chicken breasts that I order weekly to perfection. The best team leader is Jessica because she takes the time to take care of her customers by showing empathy and compassion.
Kendry, a team member who works the line is very efficient and takes pride in making sure that each customer’s order is prepared to perfection.
The entire team is wonderful and truly make me feel welcome and part of a family. The “Pollo Tropical” family.

We ordered the tropichop party bundle for a birthday party and it did not disappoint. Jess made sure everything was packed correctly and added utensils, bowls, serving spoons, tongs, and napkins. We will definitely order again for any future gatherings.

Went through the drive-thru after I got off work. Took forever as usual and once I got up to the window, the guy working there just sat there. I asked what my total was. There might have been a language barrier. He just says okay, and continued to shove the card machine in my face????? Had to ask over 4 times what my total was before he took a second to realize what I was asking over and over. Finally, I paid, got my food and went home (I typically check my order every time before I leave and this time I was in a rush and starving). I get home open the bag, and it wasn’t even my order……

I come to this location almost daily. My food is always prepared and presented with care and consistency and tastes great!! The store is always clean and makes for a comfortable dining experience. And the staff are absolutely phenomenal!! They are warm, friendly and go out of their way to insure that my food is correct and delicious each and every time. Pollo district management really need to recognize and commend management and staff at this location for their hard work and excellent customer service!! I highly recommend Pollo, in particular this location to friends, family and anyone reading this review.
