Fast af and the food is so good, I feel like this is the only option for healthy drive thru food. I work out nearby and always stop by for a plate. Never had an issue and always in and out of the line in just a minute or two. 10/10 would recommendDietary restrictions: Have gluten free options!Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the food here. This Pollo Tropical location has continued to plunge. They never follow the instructions on an UberEATS order, they never include sauce, silverware, etc. Today, I went to grab takeout.I asked for several white garlic sauces (because I love to smother everything in it) and wanted to ensure I got my sauces. I get home and each container felt empty. I open one and there was literally 1/8 of sauce in each. All 6 sauces i got barely made 1. It was utterly ridiculous and absord. The beans were super water, no thickness. Rice was basically Chinese sticky rice. The chicken, although thing, was good, however no sauce to dip it in. Ive given them too many tries. I won't be giving my business there any longer.

These uninformed people couldn't answer any questions about the food. They have no idea what gluten even is. They said they had no allergen menu on site...what? When I asked about gluten the counter girl had to get the manager who pointed to the vegan symbol on their giant menu board. Thanks for not caring about customers.

They are very nice at this location and the sweet tea is so good. 10/10 service. I went through the drive through and I was in and out.
I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The food is delicious....served up hot and fresh whenever I order my meal. The staff is friendly, warm and accommodating. The place is always super clean as well. Kudos to the management team for running such a great dining establishment. Thank you one and all. Cheers.

The cashier was nice, very personable. Asked me how I was doing and asked me about my plans for the Holidays. Loved the conversation but the food was absolutely disgusting. I got a tropichop bowl and my rice was slimy ad not cooked all the way. It made my stomach hurt and I was literally going to the bathroom non stop. Great customer service, Horrible food. Even the plantains tasted like they had been sitting there for days. It wasn't fresh at all.

We ordered two chicken avocado salads, took them home and threw the food away. Salads came without avocados, second time. The black bean corn mixture was so salty and the juices wet the entire salad so that we could not eat the entire salads. Disappointment!

The guy at The counter was not friendly at all. Not a smile no eye contact , he hade glasses on. . Chicken dry over cook, hard rice .no taste at all the beans no flavor at all. You guys could do much Better.

This was my first time here ever . The customer service was horrible I was in the drive thru and the employee was rushing me to order and they were rude and they charged me for avocado and did not inform of the extra charge. Also I was the only one in the drive thru. When I had received my food I asked for sauce and they threw my sauce so violently in to the bag that it burst open. When I had opened my food the race tasted old and it was mushy . IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!
