Sad... just sad, so the other day my family and I ordered some dinner from pollo tropical ( I had high hopes because the online pictures looked good) BUT bad decision!!! SO I ordered the TROPICAL TRIO! And did not receive 3 meats I got one DRY chicken breast and MAYBE 4 TINY slices of steak and no chimichurri sauce and I was missing the pulled pork , NOTHING had flavor everything was so dry and bland the beans no flavor no love, what a waste of money and I also ordered a tres leche cake and for the price the size is not equivalent. I will post a picture of the mess I was sent. Won’t ever order from here again 💔💔💔

I have never had an issue ordering from this location, if it’s through the drive-through if I dine inside or if I Order through Uber eats. This location the food is always clean and fresh taste great with five star service. I highly recommend that you all get the plantain cheese bites They are legendary I recommend you get multiple orders of it. They’re so delicious.

I went to the drive thru line and worker was very rude. I said “hello how are you doing?” She rudely said “Uhhhh yeah” and then rudely said “what do you want” in a very unprofessional way. I told her to give me one second and 5-10 seconds later I started my order and when I was done, she said “can you repeat that” that she totally zoned out despite being annoyed about not knowing what I wanted right away. So I pull up to the window she rudely sticks the card reader out the window without even looking at me. Then, she hands me my order and I wait as I also ordered a drink as well that wasn’t given to me. She opens the window and rudely ask “can I help you?” Again with an attitude like she is disgusted I am sitting there still. I’m like “Yeah, I’m waiting on my lemonade, that’s how you can help me”. She then realizes that yeah she forgot that. I drive away and she also forgot the sauce I wanted on the side. Unreal how rude she was, even for fast food.

Visited on the way to Bush Gardens. Food was good just a language barrier which is kinda expected since we don't speak Spanish at all and the employees speak very little English. They were very nice though. The restaurant could use a little fixing up but we no longer have them in Jacksonville Fl. They have all closed here so when were near one we try to stop in.
Usually this restaurant is always on point. But today… no bueno. The chicken was bland and tastes like nothing but plain meat no seasoning. The steak was bland as well. Asked for onions on my pork… nothing on my pork. Asked for xtra guava bbq sauce that I want to pay for… was refused my sauce while I continuesly asked for and noted that I’ll pay extra from the time I ordered at the microphone. Disappointed with the bland food and horrible service from lady at the window with long blond hair.

The roast chicken was great! The rice was definitely a good Latino rice although the black beans were a bit bland....Finally restaurant was clean and service was fast. I will be coming back but bring back the Flan!

Went to get dinner tonight. We live an hour away. The experience included none of my son’s kids meal. No cookie. No chicken. No Mac n cheese. We had ordered other stuff obviously for ourselves but luckily I asked my husband to double check and we had to turn around. Just super disappointed. Meaning we turned around and only got the chicken and cookie. No Mac. Luckily I had it at home. Just super disappointed. Cause we have annual passes to Busch gardens. Also burnt chicken.
