The waiting time for them to serve you is excessive. They don’t even give you a weather answer. I was more than 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started preparing the order

Did a Mobile order last night around 5:30pm, got to the store. Everybody was very courteous and helpful. They informed me it was gonna be a little while longer because they were waiting on fresh chicken to drop, which I appreciate them informing me so I wasn’t just standing around with no clue what was taking a little bit longer.

Waited 20 mins for them to take my order. 2 people working behind the counter. Place has zero structure. They need to get new leadership or let some other buisness take over

The day we visited, they were busy, even the manager was working the counter. Sadly, I can't remember his name, however, He still took the time to answer our questions about coupons, and helped us figure out which deal was best for us. The food was hot, fresh and delicious, especially those biscuits...oooh my...Yes, I highly recommend Popeyes

Should not take 15 minutes for 2 3pc chicken combos and a 3pc tender combo. Ridiculous. Also no mild chicken available besides breast smh add on: to make things worse there was no one who knew how to do a refund! I honestly can now understand why some people are where they are in life, they just don't care or take pride in anything they do for a living. And I started off in fast food myself.

I wish I read the reviews before going to this Popeyes! The staff was rude, the food was cold, stale, and parts of it were undercooked. On top of that, part of my order was missing. PLEASE don’t waste your hard-earned money here—them fools will leave you irritated and rushing to the bathroom …….. drive the extra mile and get Chick-fil-a

Popeyes is one of my favorites. This one was not as good as usual. Chicken was mostly breading and restaurant was not clean. Service was really good though.

I initially went to this Popeyes location on September 9th. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches because the third one was going to be free (over $10). I went to the location and the food was not ready yet at the drive through. The worker had me pull forward and waiting in my car. I waited 20+ minutes for my food to finally be ready. I get home and there is only 2 sandwiches in the bag. I then complained to support and was giving 600 credits on my account (which I believe is not satisfactory, because I had to wait so long and did not get the free sandwich- the whole meal should have been free). I then waited until today to use the Popeyes credits that were give to me, because I was honestly not wanting to deal with the awful customer service at this location. Today I made the mistake of ordering a sandwich with the 600 points I was given 2 months ago. It said it would be ready at 2 PM. I get to the drive through and the lady says "go park in the parking lot, I need to make your sandwich." It was 2:05 PM and the sandwich was supposed to be ready at 2 PM (the restaurant is not even busy, by the way). I circle the building and then park on the side of the drive through, where I am then yelled at by the window lady and told to go park in the parking lot. There are no spots- so I park in the handicap spot. After 10 minutes, I just leave without my food.

Extremely disappointed with Popeyes. This location needs to close it is actually a joke. It sucks because the food is really good but the customer service is abysmal.

This is BY FAR the worst managed fast-food restaurant I have ever had to deal with. I will NEVER be going back.

Service sucks. I put in an online order on their app and twice they messed up. I ordered the $6 big box of chicken tenders and they give me a leg and a breast. The time before this they forgot mu biscuit. They didn’t apologize or offer me any help. They didn’t even care for what I ordered. They need new employees that are trained better. It took them 30 minutes to get my food ready too. They weren’t even busy.
