STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE NUMBERS OR STARS IF I COULD... This is the absolute worst Popeyes restaurant. I ordered my food, they deleted it from the screen and forgot about my food order. I waited for the manager Correta to acknowledge it and me, but she just kept passing by me like she didn't want to deal with me. Mean while my friends have all eaten their food. The staff served 12 cars in the drive thru 5 people in line after me and two drive-thru mistakes that walked in and still didn't acknowledge me standing there waiting for my food. In the end CORRETA only offered me excuses about how they were trying to do their best and I had to be patient. MF I stood there being patient for 20mins waiting for you to acknowledge me and the fact that you knew I didn't get my food!!! This is the absolute worst, dirtiest, nonfunctional employed fast food restaurant I have ever seen. My receipt said I ordered at 1125. I didn't receive my food until 1148. IS THAT FAST ENOUGH FOR YOU???? The owner of this place needs to fire the entire staff and start over!

The ladies working on Tuesday night won me back to Popeyes. After a horrible experience with KFC on Gandy Blvd I called and asked if they still had chicken. The lady was soooo nice and asked how much I wanted. She said No Problem and if I was ok waiting they’d drop it fresh to fry. I arrived before it was ready, but each last made sure I received what I wanted while I waited. I walked out with a smile on my face and with HOT fried chicken and fresh biscuits and sides. These ladies not only saved my family dinner, they made my night by simply doing their jobs and giving great customer service. Thank you Ladies of Popeyes Chicken

Took 25 minutes for my order plus employees started arguing about chicken ? ! Crazy place ! ?
I went through the drive through and ordered 2 breaststroke spices. Combo wings with honey mustard. They made me wait extra time. When I got home, I had 1 breadt and 1 wing and they were not spicy. The fries weren't there either. Neither was the honey mustard. This service is atrocious and symbolic of why this country and society is going into the toilet. No one takes any pride in their work. You are all a bunch of morons.

When we got to the window to get our food the young lady working the window was rude and refused to bring us our order so the manager did but didn't say nothing to the worker that was standing behind her giving me a ugly look. Was on vacation there and if I ever come back to Tampa I'll never eat there again.

Absolutely horrible service ordered 2 combos for 30.00, waited 15 min while the girls behind the counter played around with putting a label on a top, then finials dropped new tenders at that time I asked for a refund, staff wasn't happy about that and the I was given the wrong amount in refund had to call the manager back over to correct my refund I'll never go to this location again which is an inconvenience due to how close to my house do not recommend this location

The Popeyes on South Dale Mabry in Tampa Florida has the best quality, service and atmosphere in the Tampa Bay area. This is our go-to Popeyes for the last 30 years and they, only they, have provided the best quality food in our family's experience. We are very familiar with Popeyes from our time in New Orleans and Belle Chasse in the 1980's. Thank you South Dale Mabry!
Two years ago we stopped going to Popeyes on S.Dale Mabry Tampa because of the rudeness of their staff. Recently, my husband had 2 coupons and we decided to give them another try. He ordered the 5.99 Two piece coupon for him and our son and a spicy chicken sandwich for me. The chicken in their boxes was so small they looked more like meat from guinea hen rather than chicken. My sandwich had a drop of dressing and basically thrown together.Needless to say we are done with Popeyes.
