Service was terrible. The drive-thru employee ignored a single attempt for a greeting or goodbye, nor did she bother with recommendations which an experienced employee would provide when a customer may be unaware of a certain item either included or un-included as a result of a change to order. I didn’t receive a receipt either after purchase — unaware of the exact contents of my order. This intent was more so initiated with the fact that my garlic parm tenders constituted a taste of spice which I did not request. Yet I was unable to confirm this as of the lack of receipt. I don’t know if the result of this service was because of the employees who take upon the night-shift, or simply the restaurant itself. Nonetheless the service needs to be addressed, and so I recommend not coming during the evening.

Actually the worst experience i’ve ever had a fast food restaraunt. Told me 4 minute wait on my filets - I’ve been in my car for a half hour. I literally just left. Absolutely ridiculous, keep your food at that point.

Over $50 + for 16 pc box 3 large chicken rest was very small tiny pcs of Chicken NEVER EVER AGAIN They are Rip offs!!!

It may be because it was around 3p.m., but it was very busy in the Drive-thru area, so the workers gave greater attention to them. They also could've been short staffed too. The food was hot & fresh, so I cannot complain.

Wife and I ordered take out. When we got home we found no biscuits were in the bag.

This location charges almost $6 for a tiny cup of mac and cheese that they only fill halfway. The mac and cheese is top tier but not worth $6 for a tiny scoop. Spicy chicken sandwich is a great deal and extremely delicious

The whole entire night shift needs to find another job. Besides the manger you guy's need better staff. I waiting 15 minutes for them to tell me they only have tights and I stated that I didn't want that. She ask me what imma do like they not supposed to be making chicken at 8:45. Left with no food 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

My order was mixed up at first, however Miss Lee was so nice and professional she took control and fixed my order. I am grateful for someone who still cares in fast food. Big thumbs up 👍 👌. Owner she's a good one!

Horrible service the woman taking my order has a horrible attitude! While talking my order she said “oh lord are you finish already” when I only had two orders not a friendly person
