I just had the nastiest chicken sandwich ever from a Popeye's.
I opened up the chicken sandwich and it was oozing with so much spicy mayo it had to be a joke. Come on employees take pride in your work

It has been a common occurrence to mess up my order! I ordered a 5 pc chicken (2 can dine) along with mashed potatoes and macaroni and what was out in my bag was just a 2 pice chicken with a biscuit, as I am looking for a receipt on the delivery bag, I see that it doesn’t have one in there to eve indicate which bag belongs the which customer….WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN BECAUSE MY ORDER IS ALWAYS MESSED UP AND I SPEND MY MONEY JUST TO BE CHEATED OUT OF!!!!!! Do better Popeyes!!!

Service is non existent food never can stand the wait or service long enough to get any food from here. I can barely stand going into the store to pick up to deliver food and the wait is so terrible I have to cancel half of those orders even after I spend time sitting waiting. Idk if the tall dude in the black shirt is a manager but he is awful at his job no sense of urgency rude doesn't great people or be polite and when he could bag up the orders real quick and have three people out the door he is running around like a chicken with his head cut off getting nothing done

The best food ever but the workers who work night shift are absolutely rude and disrespectful, especially the black girl with the glasses working the drive thru, NEVER stop here . Just go to a different Popeyes if you want to be treated like a human being.

Very disappointed definitely recommend not coming idk if it was there’s moods they seemed to be having a bad day / personal reasons but I was missing food & didn’t feel welcomed.

Dysfunctional establishment with a bunch of bad attitudes

Took forever to even get to order, and then all I could hear was people laughing and talking while we were trying to order. The guy just told us to come to the window to order instead and then when we did it took over 30 minutes to even get our food. Then, when we did, they got half our order wrong. They put pickles on both of our sandwiches, when we asked for no pickles, they gave us bone-in chicken instead of tenders, and they forgot to give us our biscuits. It took them another ten minutes to get that out, and then still didn’t give us our biscuits. Terrible service and horrendously long wait.

Despite there being no queue and them seeing me, my order wasn't taken; I was kept waiting. I received my order 5 minutes after placing it. The fries were ice cold, and they didn't give me any sauce. When I asked, they said they didn't have any. It was a disgrace.

The manager was real unprofessional she was rude I tried to cancel my order because I was not comfortable eating from that place she didn’t want to give him my refund so I lost my money and I had to go Somewhere else to eat😞 I was trying to call Customer Service. They don’t have anybody to answer the phone I wrote my concern and I want my money back with. Nobody reached out to me yet or gave me a refund. I don’t recommend anyone to have any bad experience in this location 😏
