Ms. Lizzie gave excellent service unfortunately after I took my time to fill out survey, I was told I had to purchase a drink to get the offer of 2 piece. I did not see anywhere that I had to make a purchase of a drink and to charge $4 for a drink (really) is more than purchasing a combo?? So I will not spend time to complete a survey and have to pay $4 for a 2 Pc...come on management...put it in writing please or maybe a $2 drink? Thanks though...just a veteran stopping by for lunch?

This is the worst store I have ever been to. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and the staff member calculated the cost for 4 sandwiches. I gave her cash and she gave me no change. I asked her to bring me the bill and I looked at it. No, then I asked her to refund my money and they treated me very badly. They all made fun of me. They were deliberately extorting our money. If many people don’t pay attention to the order, they will deliberately charge you more money. , if the customer finds out and asks her to refund the money, they will deliberately delay the refund, and then have a very bad attitude. It really opened my eyes.

Price has skyrocketed. They add items at this place that you didn't even order. I wanted an apple pie but they were out of stock, so even without asking me, the person decided to give me this strawberry biscuit and charged me for it. Didn't even ask if I wanted. Service like that, I don't expect their doors to be open much longer.

I went to the drive-through. There was no one in line. I ordered one of their specials the shrimp tacklebox. I paid for it. She told me to pull up. 15 minutes later, still no food. Two cars in that 15 minutes went through the drive-through. After the second car went through, I backed up to the window (because it was raining and asked them about my food. The girl who took my order, completely ignored me When I asked about my food (The window was open). The girl behind her gave me my food without saying a word. They shorted me shrimp as well. It might be the worst Customer Service I’ve ever had at a Popeyes and that is saying something.
