Took my grandson for lunch, was told at this location (ONLY) they don't not sell kids meals, we were very disappointed and will never VISIT this location again!

Prepaid Cajun Turkey 11/10/22 online received a confirmation and was directed to pick up 11/24/25 drove to location only to be told they did not get any turkeys from the distributor. On 11/25 received an email that I missed my turkey pick up and that I should drive back to pick up before 11/26. Tried calling the location all morning only to receive a busy signal as if the phone was off to hook. I will drive back to the location today to see what happened. Maybe they received turkeys late yesterday stay toned1

Don't bother ordering on the app unless your prepared to have missing or incorrect items. I have given this place 3 chances and EVERY single time theres something missing or the order is wrong. How hard is it to read the order? How do you miss an item out of only 3 things listed? A sandwich and chicken....yet missing the sandwich. Come on now.

I went. To. Popeyes Sunday afternoon the lady at window was so sweet I believe her name is Lakita by far. Customer service is 1000.

This Popeyes is in trouble. Nice enough manager, with only a total of 5 employees total! Be prepared to wait. No lides for the sides. Without any notices, wonder why the food was leaking. Hope it gets better or I ser it closing. Been working in this area for 19 years and I've watched this Popeyes ho down. The Big Box is the only reason! They have become expensive. Still want it to do well! The food was 👍

Super long wait and for some reason when you order an 8 piece family bundle, they you give you “wing drum sticks” vs a real drum sticks. Staff is lazy and slow. Smells like weed when they open the window.
