I had the most amazing experience today. The young lady just helped me out. I was having such a bad day and she was such an angel. She took care of my order. My kids were driving me nuts she helped me out with my kids. I would recommend this place to anybody she is your ace worker you need to yes she is a lovely angel. Her name is Elena. Thank you so much for having her as an employee.

We came pretty late and had no idea what to order, Elaina in the drive thru was so helpful. Food was great and fresh. Have not been to popeyes in ages but will be back to this one!

The only reason why I'm giving this three stars is based upon their pricing. Crease $18 for a five-piece tender meal. The people that work there were nice. They don't make the prices up.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a 3 piece combo, I only received the 3 piece combo, the fries from the chicken sandwich combo and both drinks there was no chicken sandwich in the bag

I think it must be a prerequisite to be a RUDE person to work here. Constant cutting and laughing in the kitchen. Zero professionalism!
I come here once in a while swearing not to go back. Thinking SOMEHOW it might have gotten. After, go back, different employees but they all have a poor attitude. No smiles, no cheer just RUDE! I will not be back!

We will never go back. Spent $40 for chicken strip combo that they made large when we repeatedly said small. We asked for two sauce and neither sauce was there. We had a chicken breast and mashed potatoes with side gravy. Came inside to get missing sauce and the manager with the hair bonnet was extremely rude instead of giving the sauce she said are you going to pay for the sauce then I asked doesn’t the chicken strips come with sauce and actually we ordered a small not large drink and the charged for two mashed potatoes and gravy and didn’t give but one. All over 2 sauce one of which should have came with meal. Never again rudest nastiest service. It’s a shame that the food of ok but will not go because customer service is a joke and that was a manager.

Is this a real Popeye's? This is the worst Popeye's I've ever experienced. My mobile order was not even made when I got there. At the drive thru, they told me I needed to come inside. I went in and there were 7-8 other people waiting for orders. It looked like only 2 people were working. One on counter and drive-thru and another preparing food. When I finally got my order, I got in my car and started driving. Halfway home I was at a traffic light and decided to start on one of my sandwiches.

The sandwich
It was so dry I almost choked as it stuck in my throat. They forgot to put the mayonnaise on it and even though I requested no pickle (and the printed order confirmed it) they loaded it with more pickles than usual. The second sandwich was supposed to be the new Ghost Pepper sandwich and it was simply a clone of the other regular sandwich, and also loaded with pickles. By the way, the chicken breasts were half the size of the bu, like they were making them small or it wasn't real Popeye's. I had their sandwiches at plenty of other Popeyes and it's never been like this.

I was tempted to drive back for a refund but I thought the best thing to do is write this to warn others.

This Popeyes serves substandard food, from staff that blatantly ignores your order and has a seriously bad attitude. Avoid this location.

My wife and I got really sick after eating here.

They take too long to give you the order, a huge wait and when you go to pick up Uber or Dordash, any application, the food is never ready or after waiting so long they tell you that the order is not ready.
