Good food still. We were craving Portillos as we use to live in Chicagoland and we dont get it where we live now. It didn't disappoint. For fast food its good, though it's not healthy.

We placed our order theough uber eats Their burgers used to be so good just got one tonight and if it wasn’t for the ketchup and mustard it would have absolutely no taste. The fries I got were either half eaten by the uber drive or they hardly gave me any. They need to completely seal their bags for delivery orders like Culver’s does and put seals over their drinks.

The food here was amazing, but the service was OUTSTANDING. I don’t remember who was working the drive-thru last night (8/27) but that man will go so far in life. I think his name was KP or JP (Javon maybe?) Thank you for being so kind, helpful and patient. Truly an outstanding person.
