I have been a regular here since it opened in Brandon with that I can say this is my go to sandwich shop for lunch. They definitely don’t skimp you on meats or toppings. It’s always hot and has great flavor.. The employees are always courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is friendly and always clean. The $7.99 sandwich combo deal is the best there is. Their sandwiches are priced accordingly with other sandwich shops and are of better quality.

I am a big Potbelly fan (their sandwiches are toasty and delicious!), and this is my favorite / go-to location. The staff are always friendly and polite, provide quick and reliable service, and keep the place clean. I am very much a regular, and I don’t see that changing any time soon. I'm used to getting Potbelly sandwiches at the airport. Not bad. This location is totally unprepared for operations, though. All drive in customers waited 15-20 minutes for our sandwich after paying. I missed a meeting. This is unacceptable. Will not be back.

Pretty great sandwich. The service was very fast. The menu is easy to read as you walk in so for first timers there is little confusion. At this location, the seating is against one wall with room for a single person up to 4-5 people comfortably if needed to eat in. Such a cool little shop with many options for your sandwich. Don't skip on the Hot Pepper Ranch! I had the Grilled Chicken and Cheddar on multi-grain bread and a soda. Very good value for the price in my opinion. Drive thru option if you are in a hurry, but inside, the service was just as fast for grab and go.
Vegetarian options: The menu stated what options are available if vegetarian.
Parking: Typical small strip mall type lot. drive thru access may cause issues when busy.

Always amazing every time I come through the drive through. Everyone is so nice but I wanted to shout out the guy on the drive through today! He is a young gentleman with short dreads and 1 blonde dread (sorry I couldn’t make out the nametag) - I was so indecisive and he was very patient and so friendly! He is an example of great customer service! Thanks for always making bomb sandwiches and being nice 😊
