Potbelly Sandwich Shop has always been one of my go-to spots for a great sandwich, and the Tampa location did not disappoint. While the parking was a bit tight, the convenience of a drive-thru made up for it. Inside, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I ordered the Bigs Ham and Swiss, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. We chose to dine in, and the vibe was super relaxed and chill. The lemonade was also surprisingly refreshing and delicious.
If you’re in the Tampa area and craving a quality sub, Potbelly is definitely worth a visit!

This location was on top of it's job! The young people were so nice and helped me redeem my points as I did not know how to work my phone, they made be a great sandwich, it was very yummy, I will be back because they were kind and made everything nice for me. Keep up the good work as some do not respect us customers or our time as I had a horrible experience at another location, I has to tell him to forget it ans keep his sandwich he made as his attitude was so disrepectful for no reason, as I treat all workers with respect

Some of the subs taste good however portions are smaller than other sub places and food trucks in the area for the price. Ordered a BLT recently and it should have been called an LT, had to get a search party to find the Bacon

This is the first time I've ever been there and I ordered the avocado turkey and it was an amazing sandwich went to the drive-thru window didn't go inside so I don't know very nice soup was really good I had the chicken pie I will definitely be back

I have been a regular here since it opened in Brandon with that I can say this is my go to sandwich shop for lunch. They definitely don’t skimp you on meats or toppings. It’s always hot and has great flavor.. The employees are always courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is friendly and always clean. The $7.99 sandwich combo deal is the best there is. Their sandwiches are priced accordingly with other sandwich shops and are of better quality.
