2/14 at 6 am. Rudest establishment I’ve ever been to. Hands down.

Walked up, asked if the counter was the spot to take my order. Older women (seemed like the manager on staff) says to me “you know damn well this is where you order”. Her comment made me feel very uncomfortable as well as other people in line. When she saw I was upset, she said she was just kidding. Then when I ordered my sandwich, I asked for mayo on it and the lady making it was visibly upset that I did. Then they tell us while checking out there is no egg or avocado, AFTER they make the sandwich. This place is a mess and needs training on how to treat others. It’s not difficult to be kind and have respect.

Customer Service was awful, rude, sour faces on all. From ordering our sandwiches to toppings & cashier. Someone needs to address this, I’m sure Potbelly as a Company would not want this to reflect on their business. 3/12/25 10:00am.

This was the worst sandwich I ever had! I had the Italian. I've heard that their sandwiches are good, but that obviously a lie. The sandwich came with attitudes. Obviously they hated their jobs. Only a few in line but the service was so slow. You can't see what they are making. I asked for extra mayo and I was lucky I had a teaspoon on it. I took a couple bites and threw it in the trash...nasty. I've tried it and all the hype out Potbelly is just that....hype. If I ever want a extremely hard bread nasty sandwich ...this will be it.

The sandwiches are good but the coffee is too dark and strong, it seems that the coffee maker needs to be adjusted. For a quick breakfast it's fine.

Price of water was listed as 3.25, but was charged 3.50. When I pointed out the employee said it wasn't her problem. Company should take responsibility for lying and deceiving customers.

Ordered a sandwich, waited in the line to go pay, got to the end of the line and they inform me they don't have that sandwich. 10 minutes wasted right before boarding my flight. Never had Potbelly, never going to try it.
