Wasn’t allowed to use the Potbelly app because “they aren’t really a Potbelly” per the cashier.

Save your money and go elsewhere. I would give the service negative review if I could!!! They were extremely unfriendly and rude. They definitely did not want to be there as an employee. Never again will I waste my money here.

I’m so sorry to write this review however third time at the Airport at 4:30am hungry and the only breakfast shop open . It hurts your feelings to spend your money and be greeted with the rudest employees, ALL THREE OF THEM! All THREE TIMES!
We have no choice ( when you’re hungry) to purchase . I hope an owner or manager sees this review and correct the terrible customer service here for me and every customer that was in line with me . The food is wonderful the service is not😢

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Took 20 minutes to get a salad to go. Have an allergy to nuts and discovered a walnut in my nut-free salad in a fork full of lettuce, after I had almost ingested it.

Busy airport location. What I got was good but not what I ordered. Coffee I was handed was prepoured and not
Sure what it actually was…it did come with a sugar packet garbage floating on top. Receipt I needed for work was for a different order so I paid for a more
Expensive order. You’re welcome whoever…airport breakfast is like ordering from the soup Nazi😆

There nothing wrong with the food.
But every single staff member is generally unpleasant, snippy, snappy, and rude.
I fly early mornings. I of all people understand that no one wants to be working at 4am - but if that’s the case, STOP taking the shift. You don’t have to be a cup of sunshine and pleasant to me every morning, but you also don’t have to be rude and unpleasant.
Shame on this establishment for the multiple similar reviews and nothing has been done about it. If I see the older lady at the counter, I am going to start avoiding this place altogether.

The food was actually really good, but the service was terrible. Almost every staff member I interacted with had an attitude, which made the whole experience frustrating.
My husband, who was ahead of me in line, ordered a sandwich with bacon and was told it would take 20–25 minutes because the bacon still needed to cook—which was surprising considering it was 8 a.m. and breakfast service had started. Still, we had time before our flight, so waiting wasn't an issue.
When it was my turn, I tried to order a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and was told they didn’t have bacon. I explained I was willing to wait since my husband had just ordered bacon and was already waiting, but the employee was dismissive and insisted I choose something else, with clear attitude.
Then the person adding toppings was also rude, and finally, the cashier gave me attitude simply because I only wanted a sandwich and didn’t want to add anything else.
Again, the food was tasty—but the lack of preparation and the unfriendly service really brought the experience down. I hope management takes note, because with better customer service, this place could be much more enjoyable.

DYMOND let me know that I could order almost anything on the menu at 5am. I like that I can order coffee just plain old fresh-brewed black coffee, no last names or fancy marketing concepts. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheddar breakfast sandwich, with extra avocado. YUM! The line moved fast and I chose to sit in the waiting area to eat instead of at the small standing bar with wheelchair accessible height bar. his is located oin Terminal E near TSA, in the center of the gates.
Very good food. Friendly service.
Accessible open venue with accessible order line.
Accessible restrooms in airport.
Van accessible paid airport parking.
This place is an experience. It's hard to explain but if you like it rough this is the place and if you love mayo you won't be disappointed.

The food here is genuinely great—the sandwich I had was fresh, flavorful, and really well made. Unfortunately, the service was a letdown. When I walked up to order, two employees were deep in a personal conversation and seemed annoyed by my presence. Even worse, after starting my order, the staff member stopped mid-way to take new orders from people who had just walked in, creating a line of customers waiting with no clear process or attention to order.
The crew was unprofessional and unfriendly, which really took away from the overall experience. If it weren’t for how good the food tasted, I wouldn’t consider coming back. Hopefully, the service improves, because the kitchen deserves better representation.

The sub was okay but dont bother with the coffee it was awful and tasted burnt, I’d rather drink dirt water then this
Had two sandwiches at the Tampa Airport. Both sandwiches were made to order. There was a glitch on the receipt, the cashier immediately got the manager to rectify quickly. Highly recommend the shop in Tampa Airport.

Initial gentleman taking my order was kind, however, as for the two women following him, one was more rude than the next. I've never been here before but it's kind of an assembly line. So initially, I placed my order, Which was a salad. Then I go to the next woman and she's calling out the orders And adding any extras to them. She says turkey. I said I had the Powerhouse salad and she just yells louder turkey. So I move on assuming that there weren't any add-ons to do to it. When I get to the checkout woman, I said I have the powerhouse salad, but can I have regular balsamic. But then corrected myself Saying I meant regular balsamic dressing. She nastily says, I heard you. I just ignored her paid my bill and left. Food was delicious though especially for the airport. On a sidenote, I would suggest having knives as well in the condiment area as some of the salad pieces And tomato are large.

Got my order totally wrong. I ordered a powerhouse salad and got a farm bowl. Didn’t order a drink and got charged for it. Brought it back was suppose to get refund on drink and she rung it up again. Went back again to get refund on 2 drinks I didn’t order. I should had taken a picture of the salad, not good. The hummus slopped on top made everything mush. I’m not sure if all locations are like this -but Tampa airport is a hard Pass!
