Please install kiosks/robots so these employees can be put out of their misery. Shift just started and they hate their job.No smiling. No joy. No passion.Just, “Here’s your burnt sandwich and room temp coffee, bye.”

Tried to order a sandwich at 8:30, they said they were only doing soup the rest of the night. They also said they were open till 10. If you close at 10 and are a “sandwich shop” you should probably serve sandwiches until at least 9:45. I’ll give you the extra 15 to close but stopping service a whole hour and a half before you close is interesting.

The staff here are awesome. They're chill and friendly and put off a much-needed good vibes before you board your flight.

This has to be the worst food establishment I've ever experienced. Fountain machine doesn't work, refrigerator with drinks barely full and nothing cold. Only two people working while complaining that we have the bare with them as if it's not in an airport... Mac and cheese was illegal to serve given its temperature. My sandwich was cold before they even gave it to me. They had no milk for their shakes. The sign showed a "meal option" they weren't honoring. Someone needs to do something.

Had a bummer of an experience at Potbelly at the Tampa airport. Broker was broken. No hot sandwiches. My “wreck” if a sandwich was missing pickles. They squired 1/3 of a cup of Mayo on my sandwich. It leaked everywhere. The drink machine was out of service. The refrigerated drink I paid for was warm. The service was very slow though there were few customers. It’s no wonder this location has such terrible reviews. I’d avoid if I were you.

I’m not one to complain via google reviews, but steer clear of wasting your money here. The staff was clueless and did not understand English in regards to their own menu items. We ordered a BLTA sandwich which was served to burnt, with only bacon & very few pieces of avocado…the sandwich was $11, we did not even go back and tell them because they were so clueless.Their soft drinks were not available.

It's a good and fast food option at the Tampa airport (terminal E). I got the Italian sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup, it was very delicious, perfectly hot and toasted, which I liked a lot. The girl who served us was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I would eat there again while waiting for my flight.

I should give a zero! We stood in line for a shake and when we got up to order the worker refused to make a shake. I asked why it was on their menu and she just stared at me. I guess Potbelly is too good for my patronage. Unfortunately an airport is limited options but I have now developed a sour taste for the Potbelly brand and will not spend my hard earned money there.

Surprised by the low reviews. My roast beef sandwich was phenomenal and the people working there were great.

The sandwich was very good which is a shame since the cashier was very Rude. Tried to get a “meal” which included a drink and chips and the cashier said she didn’t ring up the chips and that the meal was no longer available. I pointed to the sign and she said tell the company about that.

When there’s not a lot of options, they’re the best option.

I've usually love Potbelly. Unfortunately, the service I received at the Airport was substandard. I waited in line for over 30 mins and they did not have tunafish. My husband is pescatarian and does not eat meat. I asked about the vegetarian option and the worker was unable to even figure out what it was even though it's on the menu. I then asked to order the Chicken Potpie soup for myself and the crust was almost nonexistent. That's the best part of the soup! I was extremely disappointed. The cashier was very dismissive and not willing to help. I don't expect much outside of good customer service and a restaurant to have the items listed on the menu. I hope this feedback helps to improve the service and food options.
