Amazing! Got myself a large drink and Phil made sure after I'd selected my drink (Dr. Pepper of course) that it didn't need to be replaced as they had just received a new shipment. In all the years I've been ordering fast casual food, no one has ever checked. And there is nothing worse than getting home and realizing your drink sucks. A plus!!! Ty and Nick also greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. Great job Potbelly's 😀

The best sub restaurant of them all! Multigrain and toasted sandwiches. Great cookies. Have soups and salads as well. Go there over all the rest!!

I frequent this Pot Belly location about once a week and the food is always great. The staff is very good too. Always making sure my family is well taken care of. 5 stars!

I order from this location regularly (especially on Thursdays for the Double Perks Points) and the food is always hot and tastes great. In addition, the manager and staff are always friendly and welcoming even when it’s (very) busy.

I visited your New Tampa location this evening and was immediately hit by an overwhelming wave of heat upon entering. While there is a sign posted stating that the air conditioning is out, I was informed by staff that it has been broken for several days.

Let me begin by acknowledging the two employees who were on shift — they were professional, welcoming, and extremely apologetic about the situation. Their level of customer service was commendable from the moment I walked in to the time I left.

However, this message is directed to the store and district management: it is absolutely unacceptable to have your employees working in such conditions. With outdoor temperatures nearing 90°F, it felt well over 100°F inside the store. Expecting your staff to perform their duties in this environment is not only unreasonable, it’s unsafe.

The store should not be open under these circumstances, and your employees should not be made to apologize for something that is entirely out of their control and falls squarely on management’s shoulders.

Please prioritize getting the air conditioning fixed immediately. Your customers may come and go, but your employees keep your business running — they deserve a safe and comfortable working environment.

Tyler made my sandwich it was perfectly dressed and he was very friendly. Would recommend.

The Italian sub was not good at all. The bread was barely toasted. Not enough toppings to choose from. The guy making the subs has a medium to long beard with no hair net. The potato soup was ok but nothing to write home about. I only do reviews if i don’t want others to waste their $20. This place was a joke. I hope the owner does not plan on making it.

Update: 2 months later, and customer service never replied to my email.

The sandwiches were tasty and made to order but the vegetable soup had a strange taste and the Oreo milkshake was bland and watered down compared to any restaurant milkshake I’ve had before. Disappointing after good memories at stores up North. If we return, we’ll just stick to the sandwiches.

Came as a door dasher. Had me wait 20 mins while they took everyone else’s order . And made the food while I’m just standing there. Then they had an attitude when I asked how much longer will it be. How did I order food 10 mins after arriving for the door dasher order, and got my food before the dasher? Literally backwards. And the food was horrible. Tasting bland, and looked thrown together. Will never be back

Everything is very fresh and hot here. I really enjoyed the skinny turkey sandwich and the pot pie soup is my favorite! The staff was very welcoming and nice. I will definitely be back :)

I ordered 18 sandwiches for delivery the day before. Philip labeled all of our orders, which made it easier to distinguish between meals, and even went as far as to put aluminum foil on the soups to keep them warm. The food and service was great! We appreciate how accommodating and helpful everyone at Potbelly was!

Absolutely wonderful! I really enjoyed my experience here and the staff was beyond friendly. S/O to my sandwich makers Alyssa and Kiana. They were definitely a vibe. Sandwich was delightful made to perfection. I enjoyed it being toasty and filled with all my favorite toppings. I loved that there was a variety of Zapps potato chips. The Tractor drinks were great, I highly recommend the strawberry one. You just can't find these drinks anywhere else. The decor was nice. My favorite part was getting to sit outside on a nice day and enjoy my sandwich. They do a great job keeping up with the place!! I definitely recommend and will be back.
