I frequent this Pot Belly location about once a week and the food is always great. The staff is very good too. Always making sure my family is well taken care of. 5 stars!

I order from this location regularly (especially on Thursdays for the Double Perks Points) and the food is always hot and tastes great. In addition, the manager and staff are always friendly and welcoming even when it’s (very) busy.

I visited your New Tampa location this evening and was immediately hit by an overwhelming wave of heat upon entering. While there is a sign posted stating that the air conditioning is out, I was informed by staff that it has been broken for several days.

Let me begin by acknowledging the two employees who were on shift — they were professional, welcoming, and extremely apologetic about the situation. Their level of customer service was commendable from the moment I walked in to the time I left.

However, this message is directed to the store and district management: it is absolutely unacceptable to have your employees working in such conditions. With outdoor temperatures nearing 90°F, it felt well over 100°F inside the store. Expecting your staff to perform their duties in this environment is not only unreasonable, it’s unsafe.

The store should not be open under these circumstances, and your employees should not be made to apologize for something that is entirely out of their control and falls squarely on management’s shoulders.

Please prioritize getting the air conditioning fixed immediately. Your customers may come and go, but your employees keep your business running — they deserve a safe and comfortable working environment.

Tyler made my sandwich it was perfectly dressed and he was very friendly. Would recommend.

The Italian sub was not good at all. The bread was barely toasted. Not enough toppings to choose from. The guy making the subs has a medium to long beard with no hair net. The potato soup was ok but nothing to write home about. I only do reviews if i don’t want others to waste their $20. This place was a joke. I hope the owner does not plan on making it.

Update: 2 months later, and customer service never replied to my email.

The sandwiches were tasty and made to order but the vegetable soup had a strange taste and the Oreo milkshake was bland and watered down compared to any restaurant milkshake I’ve had before. Disappointing after good memories at stores up North. If we return, we’ll just stick to the sandwiches.

Came as a door dasher. Had me wait 20 mins while they took everyone else’s order . And made the food while I’m just standing there. Then they had an attitude when I asked how much longer will it be. How did I order food 10 mins after arriving for the door dasher order, and got my food before the dasher? Literally backwards. And the food was horrible. Tasting bland, and looked thrown together. Will never be back

Ordered online on 11/15/2024 and when I received my sandwich and it was made sloppy and was absolutely soggy, fast forward to today 12/03/2024, I decided to give them another go and I get to the door, pulled on both sides of the doors and they wouldn’t open, I tried them a second time to make sure, their were customers inside and on the door says they close at 9pm, I was there at 6:50 pm. Not sure who is running this establishment but it’s inferior to their airport locations. Save yourself a trip and go to the location in Brandon or go to Jersey Mikes or Firehouse in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel area.

I ordered food from here on Uber eats and the food is delicious!! Not only was the food amazing but the order was in a tamper resistant bag/ neatly packaged. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Have been there a couple times since it opened, but after the experience today not sure if we’ll be back. The first guy who took our order was friendly and nice and he did a good job, no complaints. After that, the girl who asked what toppings we wanted on our sandwiches, don’t really know what her problem was. I came in with my girlfriend and she was fine to me, but she was very rude to my girlfriend and forgot some of the toppings on her sandwich, and when she was done making the sub, she basically threw it at her over the counter. My girlfriend was not rude at all, so i’m not sure what warranted this behavior. Such a shame because the food here has been good, but don’t think i’ll be back as long as that rude girl working at 2:45 on Saturday November 23 is still working there.

First off, I recommend this place for a try.

The food was good and the atmosphere is nice.

The service was bumpy. Looking at past reviews I see a mix where some people have had good service and others have also had service that isn’t as attentive to instruction and orders.

Our experience was with some disappointing service. For example: when asking for extra pickles to accompany the pre-made salad, we were charged 4.89 for a Mac & Cheese Cup… at that point I guess just leave the pickles in my hand so I can avoid a charge lol.

But again, this may be a very rare experience so don’t let this review stop you from having your own experience.

Side note: eating here for roughly thirty minutes I had not seen anyone coming to clean the lobby space. Tables dirty (including ours)… and bathrooms.

There just needs to be better management here and I trust that this feedback will make sure that positive change does occur

First time customer, some communication issues ref vanilla milk shake..to be honest the order line is backwards…register should be in back not FRONT..this is 101..BTW Lucky 7 and Turk sandwich with provolone were good not off the charts..decent and maybe we’ll stop in around 6 months from now..ouch!!
