Came to International mall today. I’ve always seen this pretzel place I just never get it because I always go to Annie’s so I decided to come here and try it out. The food was amazing. The customer service was horrible. Laila was very rude, very impatient , I felt like I was being rushed and nobody was behind us, she was hitting the computer very hard. I asked her for a receipt. She smacked her mouth and said she would have to reprint it. This was Saturday 12/27/25 around 5pm . I apologize if this is not Laila But the receipt says Laila. I will not be returning because of her. I’ve never been treated like that and I work in a food service industry .

A walk-up location for ordering pretzels and snacks. You will most likely smell this spot well before you actually see it. We opted to grab the pretzel bites for our daughter as a small snack between meals. We walked up and staff didn't greet us, so we just asked for a cup of the bites. She did provide the order and total once past initial convo.

Pretzels were ready made and in the cup already, so it was quick to get and go. They were warm and salted well. They were a bit overpriced for the amount / quality; but for food court items it's not entirely unexpected.

Overall: B-
A decent snack while at the food court.

If I could , I would give 0 stars. This was the worst pretzel I have ever had. So hard, completely dry & no taste. I think they must have sat there for a week. So bad & charged $7.58 when the website states $4.20. My fault for thinking this was Auntie Anne's. I would avoid at all cost.

Pretty poor tasting and dry pretzels. Ordered the mozzarella ones barely any cheese in it and it cost 20$ with two sauces. Also were shorted on the order since it was a 16 piece I received 13 only.

Staff was amazing! Pretzel 🥨 bites were NOT fresh!! They even were stuck together and cold 🥶. We have a location in Minnesota that is fantastic! I was not impressed with this one! Three words old and cold!

The best pretzels I've ever had. I'm not one to stop for pretzels, but I go out my way for these.

Twice at this location I have received pretzels with a chemically taste. The first time I immediately brought them back and asked for a refund and was told they would take note and ask their manager about a refund the next day. I tried them again a few months later and they again had the same strange taste.

Love the salted pretzel bites with cheddar cheese on the side. Just disappointed that it took 20 min in line to place an order when there were just four people ahead of me.

Pretzelmaker at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to go for quality pretzels and salty snacks. Everything here is fresh and delicious. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

The cashier was on her cell phone, wiped her eye, rubbed her nose, bare hands no sanitizer before she grabbed our order. It's a good thing it was already prepared, but the thought grossed me out, and my kids really wanted those pretzels (which turned out to be not tasty). They offered no sanitizer, so we had to go to the public dispenser and wipe down our order. ? Yeah, nope...

95 cents for two small mustard packs? Really? Luke-warm, mediocre pretzel. First time I ever paid for a packet of mustard. Even the employee seemed embarrassed.
