Came to International mall today. I’ve always seen this pretzel place I just never get it because I always go to Annie’s so I decided to come here and try it out. The food was amazing. The customer service was horrible. Laila was very rude, very impatient , I felt like I was being rushed and nobody was behind us, she was hitting the computer very hard. I asked her for a receipt. She smacked her mouth and said she would have to reprint it. This was Saturday 12/27/25 around...
A walk-up location for ordering pretzels and snacks. You will most likely smell this spot well before you actually see it. We opted to grab the pretzel bites for our daughter as a small snack between meals. We walked up and staff didn't greet us, so we just asked for a cup of the bites. She did provide the order and total once past initial convo.
Pretzels were ready made and in the cup already, so it was quick to get and go. They were warm and salted well....

Staff was amazing! Pretzel 🥨 bites were NOT fresh!! They even were stuck together and cold 🥶. We have a location in Minnesota that is fantastic! I was not impressed with this one! Three words old and cold!
