The owner (or an employee driving a VW SUV) constantly parks directly in the narrow drive-through that is the main vehicle access for the apartments above, even when the customer lot is almost completely empty (literally 10–15 yards away).
This blocks residents from getting in or out and creates a legitimate safety issue (emergency vehicles would also be blocked).
I’ve seen it happen dozens of times, including today. Multiple residents are frustrated.
If they can’t be bothered to park properly in their own lot, it makes me question how much attention they pay to basic rules in general.

I stopped by after seeing the eye doctor around the corner. I got the strawberry cheesecake protein shake. I wasn’t a fan of the shake, but the service was so good. The cashier with the baby was so nice and was full of suggestions. I would go back and try out some of their protein dishes

The owners are always awesome and personable but the wait times tend to be long. This last time I went and waited almost 45 minutes for a waffle while many orders that were placed after were fulfilled before mine. It appeared my order was lost but was told there’s just a rush after checking in at 30 minutes. I finally received the waffle without an apology or an explanation. If this truly was a rush it would be best to be transparent as 45 minutes for a waffle doesn’t make sense. Very disappointing…

So I’ve been going to this place for about six months. The owner is real friendly seems to be a family business which I like service takes a little bit of a time. But you totally have to understand that and he’s real friendly and outgoing. My only complaint is he had loyalty rewards where you got a free drink every 10 orders recently. He said he no longer has that system. It went down and you lost all your loyalty points, which to me I own a business And I wouldn’t stop going there over this, but I feel he needed to do something to make it right by his customers you can’t expect them to just lose their loyalty points and not be entitled to anything very nice Guy just feel that it needed to be handled better as a business owner and having loyal customers he kind of just blew it off

Protein Monkey is a staple to Westchase and West Park Village couldn’t recommend this place more. They’re very knowledgeable. They know the nutrition facts and always happy to make you feel comfortable love you guys!

Waited almost 30 minutes to get two waffles, coffee and a shake. The waffles where extremely hard, almost broke the plastic silverware they provided...protein forward in the shake, daughter couldn't even drink it due to the taste and texture. $55 later in the trash, we will not be back.
Also ingredients could not be found anywhere on their protein. Think it may contain coconut, which is an allergen.
