Our experience at protein house was amazing. Their ratings are way too low. It's probably because people don't understand what their niche is. When traveling, athletes and bodybuilders struggle to get the protein needed for our bodies. A place like this makes it so much easier. Also, the food was amazing. I was shocked to find out how healthy the pancakes were. They were 10/10

As a First Customer at this Place just let me start of saying the customer service is A-1 I forgot the lady name that took my order but she was very helpful on helping me with ordering my food cuz it was my first time & she told me about the Salmon Wrap & Mannn That Wrap Was ? ? ? ? & it came with Fries Which was Cooked in the (Air Fryer).. I also got this Protein Shake called Apple Butter which taste like Apple Pie The Shake it Was ???... Y'all Definitely Won Me As A New Customer I'll See Y'all Tomorrow Evening!!!! 10/10 Go Check Is Spot Out Now!!!

Don’t come here unless you’re expecting to wait at least 40 minutes for your food. It’s comical that they even advertise they are a “fast” food chain. I have been to this location on two different occasions, the first time having waited 40 minutes for my order, and the second waiting an hour. Both times I have placed an online order, with the ‘ASAP’ pick-up time, which is listed as 10 minutes (clearly WAY off). It’s unfortunate because the food is very good but the service is absolutely horrific. For the price you are paying, take your money and go get a nicer lunch. They need to change their misleading pick-up times to something more realistic or they need to hire more staff. 4 people working at once is either not enough or they need better and faster workflow as a team. Will never come back here again and don’t recommend to anyone unless you are looking to kill an hour of your day doing nothing.

Three out of four times, the extras I paid for were not there. Today, not even the free vegies were right. Leaving my review, as I will not be back.

I wanted to give five stars because I always love the food at a Protein House and this one is no exception. But honestly the time it took to get my food was just ludicrous, multiple times. 40 min for a burger, 20 min for an açaí bowl in the morning when I was the very first customer? Shouldn’t be more than half of that time, seriously the online orders must be insane for it to take this long. Just need to fix that and this wouldp be a good spot!
Overall a very unpleasant experience. I seldom leave poor reviews for businesses but I wanted to share my experience. Immediately upon entering I tried to use the bathroom and they did everything they could to make sure they got my money first which was just a rude and uncomfortable experience. I understand not letting non-customers use your bathroom but I made it very evident I would be dining here. The food was borderline overpriced and mediocre at best. We asked for our burgers to be cooked medium and they came out very very well done. I was looking forward to trying this place for some time but I certainly will not be coming back.

My sisters and I fought over the last protein brownie!! They were soooo yummy! The place is super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had also tried the peanut butter protein cookies which were quite filling and made of healthy ingredients (gluten free). We can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend ProteinHouse as oppose to all the unhealthy choices in the area.
