Customer service is horrible. Should have people that are happy to assist customers instead of being bothered by customers

The outdoor terrace needs to have a more welcoming atmosphere! It is beautiful but they should get more out of it with a decoration that invites you to sit down.

Ordered the Monkey Matcha today because it's seasonal and has two of my favorite flavors. ThE fLaVors aRe mEltiNg oN My tOnGue ?✨ Didn't even tell the barista how sweet I wanted it (which probably works out better for my health) but the shi came out perfect with banana chips and whatnot on top, Lordt.Saw they had matcha baked goods and had to lock in. Got it heated up and it felt kind of soft so I was thinking Crumbl Cookies better count their days for this undone, half-baked cookie pushing. What Smash Mouth say about believing? Yeah, all that. I changed my mind and that's that on that. The ONLY. reason. this review isn't a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is because I ordered the PopTart once. I'll let y'all from your own opinions on that, but I'll never forget paying $6 for...what I got. That one time.Lil treat hole in wall for y'all ?

Great cappuccino. Excellent breakfast sandwich. And...homemade pop tarts?!? Kellogg's never had GUAVA pop tarts!! And I haven't had such perfectly tender pastry (in the pop tart and the breakfast sandwich biscuit) maybe ever. I don't give 5 stars very often. No hesitation here. This place is exactly what I save 5 stars for. So it means something.

First time coming in, I was blown away opening right when I opened the door. The barista was kind and open to conversation, and gave good insight on the art of making coffee.I had the peanut butter ball, and for such a small morsel, it was so intricate. From the peanut butter to the combo of I believe coconut, nuts and chocolate chips it was a great snack to start my day that was crafted with careThe cappuccino was a perfect coffee that was well balanced and deliciousI’ll definitely be back

So I never have issues with this coffee shop, if anything I’m very happy that I’ve found something local that is as cute as this shop.BUT, today ( after visiting yesterday) I was denied getting a cup of water after getting some coffee because it is “ against policy” and I was told I needed to purchase a bottle of water. After getting a cup of water yesterday, no issues. During busy hours. It was just two of us in the shop this morning and the barista not only left the shop while we were in there, but she was a little rude the entire time.. and it was just weird. I get it, it’s early.Didn’t bring the coffee to us, which okay, I get it, but again- so far off from every other experience that I’ve had here and I’m hesitant to come back in the morning around this time because of what happened today. We both ended up leaving rather quickly.

Came here for the first time to meet a friend and the entire experience was just odd. It kind of appears they’re a new spot but not entirely sure. So, many of my grievances I sort of looked past because I love to support small businesses and can totally get behind — we’re figuring it out. What I can’t look past is being served the bare minimum in every category possible and then be treated like it was top tier. Here’s what I experienced:- I ordered a cafe con leche — It was burnt and pretty off putting in flavor in general. I drink black, day old, drip coffee at home so, whatever I can deal with a bad coffee.- there’s no working bathroom for customers, although according to the sign on the bathroom door, they’re out of toilet paper. Patrons are directed to neighboring businesses when asked to use the restroom. Pretty sure this is against code, hence the sign regarding no toilet paper. Whatever. I hope they’re spreading the love and appreciation to the neighboring businesses taking the brunt of this inconvenience.- it’s pretty cold inside and my coffee was served in a mug, so it got cold pretty quickly. I’m a slow drinker by nature, so this is inevitable. I was there for a bit and drank maybe a 1/3 of it so I figured I’d ask the barista if there’s any way to heat it up for me.This is the part of my experience that stopped me in my tracks. The barista says there’s no microwave or way to heat up my coffee, so I just say “hey I’m totally happy if you top it off with hot drip coffee”. Really just as a solution to make my coffee a little warmer. He starts to ask for a dollar for the drip coffee fee, and before I could answer him, a woman sitting at the coffee bar (owner/manager?) rolls her eyes and instructs him to “just give her the coffee”. Wasn’t looking for, or asking for free coffee, I really just wanted a warm coffee. Clearly irritated by my interruption of wanting a warm coffee in a coffee shop, she proceeds to say to me “yeah we don’t have a microwave. we don’t do that here”. Do what? The bare minimum of customer service? So yeah. That pretty much sums it up. They don’t do that here. Any of it.
