The staff working on 2/25 at around 6pm are extremely slow…There was 2 ladies in front of me that took forever to order and they had no one else to continue taking orders to speed up the line so I can get back to work in time. For as much as you pay for food at this location, you would expect better service. I do not recommend this location at all.

Farah was amazing. She was very patient and gave great customer service. Please give her a raise and why aren't they allowed to take tips. Please please change that policy because I'm sure whatever you guys are paying here isn't enough and cash tips are always appreciated by everyone in the service industry.

Everything was good except when I tried to tip & instead of getting my change when they said they couldn't take the tip it went to the register. Ridiculous!

Wonderful and happy staff. Food is delicious. $18 burrito and mountain dew in tampa airport. I'm happy they have this restaurant available in the airport 😃
