I haven't had Qdoba in a while, and now I remember why. It's really not all that good, and it's overpriced. The staff is really nice and the place was clean but it wasn't really worth it

I frequently visit this location since it's one of my family's favorite places for take-out. The food is delicious - we especially love the family meal because it lasts for several meals and everyone can make what they want. On my most recent visit I also received excellent service by Joel the manager and his coworker Crystal - it's refreshing to know that kind and helpful people still do exist!!
Update: I returned for dinner and was helped by Nia who also offered great and friendly service. Thank you all from a very appreciative customer!

Let me start by saying Qdoba is one of my favorite chain restaurants and I was excited to see one open in my area. Well I will definitely not be going back anytime soon. I saw all the awful reviews and thought it couldn’t be that bad. It was literally the worst service I’ve ever had and the food was mediocre at best.

I got the 3 cheese Nachos the potion sizes are way too small and the chicken is tough please do better
y’all staff rude every time i come here. got both dem airpods couldn’t even greet me when i greeted her . shawty just stared at me . Every time i come in yall piss me off . Don’t got no customer service at all. I’m not one to leave a review AT ALL, i worked the food industry myself i get it girl but damn i come in all the time and always am so nice to y’all. just to be met by rude employees. this last experience pissed me off. felt like i was talking to the wall. girl bye nobody wanna deal with that. food good as hell tho

So I usually get Qdoba Togo for lunch and it’s great, really fresh tasting and yummy. I decided I was gonna get it for dinner this time around and honestly I will stay away around dinner time. The steak was so hard and dry I really feel like it’s been sitting all day and I was the unlucky customer to get the old meat. Some pieces I can’t even chew and have to spit out. What a shame, i guess lunch time is the best time to go if you want fresh food.

The food is always good. When I arrived I was the only one there. Then a flood of 20 people came in. The ladies behind the counter know their stuff and got people thru fast. 8/30 2:45 pm. Will be back again.
