Terrible attitude from all 2 of the employees and their manager. They were also out of several meats and sides. Poorly run.

The staff was SO NICE! I enjoyed the chips & queso…BUT the chicken was very low quality…especially for their prices I expected better!

Very disappointed with this location and the quality of food. The rice and meat was very dry, the steak looked and tasted like beef jerky. Our food was not edible and we had to throw most of our meals out. Hopefully they hire better cooks and provide training so the quality improves. I will be eating at chipotle instead until that happens.

Apparently, this location has been open roughly two weeks. (This used to be a Moe's for a long time, but then it shut down a few years ago during COVID.) Pros: Clean interior and friendly employees Fresh veggies and good ranges of salsas. Misc: The line begins near the side where the soda machine is,not the side closest to the entrance. It's a bit counter intuitive imo. Cons: Rice was stone cold. The surf and turf bowl is a Citrus Lime shrimp and steak bowl. The steak is decent. However, the shrimp tastes just like Walmart frozen shrimp simply boiled and plopped into your food. There is no flavor at all. Not worth the $15 at all. Even the mediocre Tijuana Flats 10 ft around the corner tastes MUCH better. The electronic Coke machine is not present. There is just the standard 7-8 Coke drink machine. The Fowler branch had one when I also went, but a quick check on Coke's website indicates that it is no longer there. Bummer! This area of New Tampa needs some decent Mexican badly. The Chipotle on the other side of the theatre is pure booty booty butt cheeks and this and Tijuana Flats are merely serviceable. Overall: Meh.

This restaurant was one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to in my life,I highly recommend it,Dietary restrictions: They had good variety of food so people like my friend who has diabetes who can't eat carbs so no Taco's they offered bowlsKid-friendliness: They were very helpful to kids and very nice and friendly I highly recommend

I walked in for the first time to see no one in line. I approached the place to order. Two girls were talking to each other for a minute while I starred at them waiting for a 'welcome', 'hello', 'can I take your order', or anything of that nature. Finally one of the girls looked at me and said "you can order whenever you want" in a way that made me feel I should have already started ordering during their conversation.Once she said this I immediately walked out.

Meh. Decent Chipotle-style restaurant. Fast food style service, so don’t expect any special treatment. The food is ok, decent selection, but the steak my son and I order was cold. Gross! You’re better off going to Tijuana Flats in the same plaza.

Tried the new Qdoba and it was delicious and fresh. Had the nachos and the chips were fresh and chicken was tasty. Loved the variety of toppings. Since it just opened several staff were there just making sure people were happy. Will definitely go again.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is clean but the layout is strange. You order at the far end and make your way to the front to check out, but then need to turn around and reverse back past the ordering to get the drinks and utensils. The food quality is also not great. I ordered at 1130 AM--prime lunch hours--and the food was cold.Too pricey for what it is. Wish them the best, but I dont think I'll come back.

I generally enjoy Qdoba. This one is not good. I went in the evening, around 7 pm maybe. All of the meat was visibly dry... all of it. I asked the employees if they had fresh meat and was told the chicken was only 15 minutes old. I should have just left but was in the middle of the burrito process. Needless to say the chicken was so tough it was nearly inedible. Whoever is in charge of quality control/staff management needs retraining.

My food felt like it didn't have any flavor. Kids didn't like the food either. Kids' meals cup can be better than the attached picture.
