Ranch House Restaurant

I had taken my grandmother and aunt to what I thought would be a good breakfast spot close to home , from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out there was no hospitality shown or given from the waitress or staff. We waited 5 min with no greeting so we sat ourselves the waitress came over gave us no name or greeting, we would say thank you after everything she brought and not one welcome was said. She messed up two of our drinks and didn’t care to apologize , not that we wanted an apology but again hospitality in a restaurant is never a bad thing. As a waitress myself I was very disappointed as it is the waitresses job to make the customer have a good experiences and make them want to come back we ordered our food and she didn’t care to come back and ask if it was good or anything and even after we’ve felt like that was the worst service I still left her a tip again as i know what it’s like to work for tips. If you’re having a bad day that should be left at the door the moment you walk into your work establishment nobody wants to have a bad day cause ur having one.

The sodas are flat, the cornbeef hash isn't cornbeef. The apple juice is watered down, Tea is homemade, but isn't delicious.

Ranch house restaurant is tucked away in a quiet corner of a busy business plaza. As soon as you enter the door you are taken back in time to the simpler times when things felt more genuine and real. Everything about this restaurant screams authentic and home. The food comes out to order, a little on the unseasoned side but nothing a little salt and pepper at the table can’t fix. They have crystals hot sauce at the table and the water is COLD! The Servers are friendly and attentive. Overall I will keep coming here after work to fill my belly with some good food.

Ps look at the biscuit in the photo… that bad boy is THICK! ?

I've been here a couple of times. They have some great breakfast. I ordered pancakes and they were perfectly made and fluffy. I personally don't care for fluffy pancakes I like them really thin. But these actually taste good. Scrambled eggs were good, hash brown was perfect. I recommend this place for a great breakfast that is not a big chain company. Service was quick and the staff are great.

I'm shocked at some of these reviews! I had it delivered so I can't attest to the restaurant experience. But, people complaining their food was cold I question it. I work about 10 minutes away depending on how you catch the lights and my food was hot like I was sitting at a table in the restaurant! If food is delivered cold that's more than likely the driving service and the customer's location. You can't blame that on the restaurant. Quality: absolutely wonderful!!!! I've tried many places out this way and none come close. I had over easy eggs that were perfectly cooked, whatever seasoning on the potatoes was perfect and they were perfectly cooked and whatever kind of butter they use on the bread was even good. It may sound like a simple breakfast to prepare but that is far from true! Take the reviews with a grain of salt.....everyone's likes and tastes are different. It's going to be hard not to blow whole paychecks here :) WILL DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!!

Showed up at about 1:15 p.m. on Sunday and just wanted something quick to eat. The young lady helped me out tremendously by allowing me to trade french fries for a house salad. I had a major desire to have chili and when I Googled chili in the Town & Country area, this location popped up and then I looked at their menu and saw it is a regular item on their menu so I had to pull in. I went all in with the chili because I ordered the chili as an appetizer then I had the chili burger with the house salad and as I said the young waitress was very very helpful and nice and was willing to try to do anything to help me. I was wanting to watch a Premier League soccer match on television and she was trying her best to find the channel but they just did not have it. I kept telling her it's all right it's all right but she kept trying. Thank you so much ranch house for the great experience.

Parking: Of course I arrived at around 1:15 on Sunday afternoon in the parking lot was full and all of the no parking spots in front of every shop in the strip mall had cars parked in front of it and this awesome restaurant only has limited parking of their own. I literally drove around for 5 minutes trying to find a spot and for some reason people like to sit in their car blocking through ways in this parking lot waiting for people outside of shops at the far end of the strip mall away from this restaurant.

05/05/24 I am a white guy with an African American family. We were seated and 2 couples behind us were seated. They received their drinks and menu before we were . We told the hostess but she did nothing about it. Very disappointed

The service was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they helped each other out. I highly recommend this cozy and charming hidden gem if you are looking for a feeling of nostalgia and delicious food.
