Great selection and friendly staff. My experience was a pleasant one, so not sure of the other reviews on here. The owner, Jen, was knowledgeable and helpful. I love my new sofa and lamps! Coming back soon for the piece of art I’ve been eyeing.

We love this store! It’s a unique high-end furniture store that feels like a boutique. They sell pieces that you don’t see online and in mainstream stores like Pottery Barn, RH, and other high-end stores. We bought two leather chairs and a consul table a few months ago and have had several compliments asking where it was from. They also carry candles, wall decor, artwork, and jewelry.

I love this beautiful hidden gem!!! The owner and employees are so helpful!!! I get complements all the time on the items I've added to my home from this store. This is a must visit!!!
The manager at this store and her employee are complete stuck up witches. I walked in to find a gift for someone with my son who is a toddler and the woman judged me by how I was dressed and completely treated me as if I was trash. The employee said hello and asked if I needed help which I said no then I think when she saw my son jump on the bean bag ($150, really?) she ran and told the manager who suddenly startles me with her small dog screaming "what do you think you're doing, that goes in peoples homes, don't get his shoes on it!" Talk about rude. First of all, why don't you get displays so people can try the merchandise. Second, his shoes weren't touching it. Third, even if I'm in the wrong for letting my child play with something that he is suppose to play with, so much for even considering paying that price tag for the item after being yelled at that way. All she had to do was say excuse me miss, I understand he's having fun on that piece but unfortunately we don't have displays and would need to keep it in perfect condition so please put it back if you don't plan to purchase.

I am always so inspired when I walk around Rare Hues. The pieces are so unique and high quality. The owners are friendly and helpful. They really want to assist you in making your home one of a kind! I have never walked out empty handed. Happy to support this local business!

They do have some neat things and unique decorations. I have been many times and also purchased items because they really fit a need I was looking for. However, yes, the owners are rude rude rude rude. Now, I imagine if you roll up in a Bentley, she will treat you well. She has a superioty issue and is "certainly of a higher class than us regular working people". I have watched her treat me condescending and turn around to someone dressed to hilt and be as kind as ever, even if I just spent $500.00. What I would say to her is, not everyone that is rich looks rich.....be nice Asian princess of rare hues. Clearly you have made many people feel this way!!!
