I have been a customer for maybe 6ish months. I could not be happier with this service. The convenience factor is amazing. The meals themselves are absolutely delicious, I’ve loved every single one of them. The selections are always so varied and everything is packaged so nicely.
The customer service is 12/10. They are always so willing to help and so responsive. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I started ordering these for my meal prep for my lunches that I take to work with me, now I order them for my husband as well because he was always stealing mine!
The prices are very reasonable for the quality and freshness of the food. I would recommend these to anyone!!

I have had ReBuilt Meals for the last few months and am impressed by their excellent customer service. The team was responsive, helpful, and made the ordering process smooth and hassle-free. Their doughnut packages were a standout—delicious and offered a great variety.
However, despite these positives, I had to cancel my subscription. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of fiber and vegetables in the meals, which made it difficult to maintain a balanced diet. Additionally, the quality of the meat was disappointing. The steak and brisket were extremely chewy and fatty, making them unpleasant to eat, and the chicken had a slimy consistency that was hard to overlook.
While I appreciate the convenience and the great service, the quality of the ingredients, particularly the meats, needs significant improvement. With a bit more attention to quality and balance, ReBuilt Meals could be a fantastic option. For now, though, it’s not quite there.

These meals are game changing! Delicious, healthy, and takes the stress out of our dinner time. We get extra meals for our kids during the week(5 and 10yo), they love the meat and sometimes we have to make a different side, but it's still light years better than chicken nuggets and mac and cheese

ReBuilt Meals are Awesome! ! They are easy to order. I like to do the online and they always send me an email. They will send me a receipt. I've never had any problems with billing. When I call, they are always a very polite and friendly. The meals taste delicious. There are many choices for meals. I choose to pick up at the drop off, which is on my way to and from work, which is very easy. If I have to stop for a while or I need to put it on hold, it is never a problem.. Their food is delicious and nutritious. This is a very good company . I highly recommend them.

2 stars. We tried Rebuilt lifestyle meals for the first time. Our meals did not arrive when they said they would, they arrived 2 days late due to holiday. The flavors are pretty good but meals are VERY SALTY to the point that it's unpleasant. We requested a refund!
Update: 4 stars. We took them up on their offer to try the meals again. The 5 free meals arrived a day late (AGAIN) due to FedEx shipping delay. FedEx is the worst! They tried to make it right by sending 5 additional meals via Uber delivery same day. This weeks meals were better... less salty and good flavor combinations. This isnt a big deal, but the plastic container that the meals come in tends to buckle on both ends when microwaving.
This company stands behind their product and they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Excellent customer service.
