These meals are fresh, clean ingredients, no seed oils, balanced and savory. I have tried HelloFresh, HomeChef and Factor. Rebuilt is by far the best. Love the option of warming in an oven vs. using a microwave. I stick them in the air fryer on bake 325 about 8 minutes and honestly it’s better than mons cooking. I’ve been on the program for 4 weeks, everything has been really good, nutritious and filling (in the right way.)

They helped me set up my account over the phone by offering step-by-step instructions and explaining all of the options to me. The food is very tasty while being healthy and affordable at the same time. The website is very user friendly. I commute to Tampa for work every day and using ReBuilt Meals allows me to save so much time and money while sticking to my health and finance goals. I really like that I get to vote on the meals. It makes me feel like my contribution/input is valued. I’ve had other meal prep services in the past but ReBuilt Meals definitely takes the cake. Shout out to Dr. Sophia Rouse for letting me know!!

I tried resolving my complaint amicably but the receptionist who called me (Elisabeth) was the least bit helpful. Elisabeth said she had no authority to provide any additional information or answers to my questions/concerns but she would pass my comments on. This was almost a week ago and no management, owner, supervisor, no one reached out to address any of the concerns. This isn't even the worst part.. I became extremely sick shortly after eating one of the meals. I can’t say for certain what caused it, but the timing made me concerned. I followed the directions to a tee (heat in oven for 5-8 minutes) The beef strips were incredibly tough to chew and eat. The next day I had the worst stomach pains I have ever experienced in my life. Never have I experienced anything like It. And I was up until 5am that night with excruciating pain in my abdomen and entire stomach area. I was very sick in and out of the bathroom and It was not a fun day/night what-so-ever. There is more... We have thrown out at least 6-8 meals (at about $15 each) it's not cheap. The meals were overly spicy when the labels didn't appear to be clearly labeled to state the extreme levels of spice. We had a couple of the meals that were too salty. On top of that, we had asked to put our order on hold and the owner would not honor this when we had to go away on an emergency and owner still sent the food and when we asked for a credit days before the delivery, she didn't reply until the next day (still before the delivery) and said she won't give a credit/refund. Very unprofessional in my opinion, and just wasn't customer service friendly. Some of the meals were very delicious, but, after my experience with spending the night in the bathroom, I won't be using this service ever again and I would advise others to use caution, especially since I personally became very sick and can’t be sure what caused it.

I have been very impressed with ReBuilt Meals, my favorite is the Chimichuri steak, and I also enjoy the egg bites breakfast meal. I really appreciate the large variety of gluten-free meals to choose from. And the staff members are so helpful. I pick up meals at a location close by my house which eliminates all the extra packaging when you have them delivered. My doctor has also been impressed with my blood test results which have improved since I have been eating ReBuilt meals.
Rebuilt meals have made my life a million times less stressful. I feel like I was always so stressed about what I was gonna make for lunch and what I was gonna make for dinner the time it was gonna take to prep it and cook it and now I just feel so relieved having these meals, knowing that they’re helping me reach my fitness goals and also just being able to let me take a breather. I have been a customer for maybe 6ish months. I could not be happier with this service. The convenience factor is amazing. The meals themselves are absolutely delicious, I’ve loved every single one of them. The selections are always so varied and everything is packaged so nicely.
The customer service is 12/10. They are always so willing to help and so responsive. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I started ordering these for my meal prep for my lunches that I take to work with me, now I order them for my husband as well because he was always stealing mine!
The prices are very reasonable for the quality and freshness of the food. I would recommend these to anyone!!

However, despite these positives, I had to cancel my subscription. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of fiber and vegetables in the meals, which made it difficult to maintain a balanced diet. Additionally, the quality of the meat was disappointing. The steak and brisket were extremely chewy and fatty, making them unpleasant to eat, and the chicken had a slimy consistency that was hard to overlook.
While I appreciate the convenience and the great service, the quality of the ingredients, particularly the meats, needs significant improvement. With a bit more attention to quality and balance, ReBuilt Meals could be a fantastic option. For now, though, it’s not quite there.
