Casey was our server...amazing. He was very much a multitasker and we never needed anything. Great service!! There is only one thing that I do request is that they need to bring back crab alfredo!!!!

Lobster was not cooked all the way. Shrimp over cooked. Gave us wrong sauce for shrimp. Very expensive for the quality of food we got very disappointed!!!!

To be honest, I like this place, the food is excellent but on the 14th I had a bad experience since I made my reservation in advance and when I arrived I had to wait in line for more than 1 hour and according to them I had to wait

2-14-25 @3:00. ( not busy) Waitress took quite a long time to acknowledge us. Same went for the other table that sat across from us. They had to call someone over. She was unfamiliar with menu. Brought check while we were in middle of eating? Asked if we wanted dessert in the middle of our meal? Worlds smallest baked potato as a side. Warm water no ice? The positive : food was delicious .

A friend and myself went to Red Lobster on Friday around 4pm. We had the lobster and shrimp orlean with stuffed mushrooms, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, the works! ALL were so delicious and served by a wonderful waiter Casey. He was so friendly with such a great personality!
Highly recommended!!

Food was horrible, asparagus and Broccoli were old super soggy and tasted horrible, broccoli had also mold to them, Salmon cold inside. I’ve asked waitress to advised the chef to tell the chef about the poor quality he is servicing, the waitress stated he told the manager. I mean they deduct money from tap but this is NOT why I go out to eat. If a customer complaints they need to look in to quality and MAYBE manager should had come and apologized, not just leave it to the sever. I still gave the waitress his tip, It wasn’t his fault at all. This is on the chef AND the manager at the time. Not acceptable.
Never gonna go there again!!!

Everything was great. We weren't sure they were open, but once inside, you could tell they were slammed. Took a few to get waited on, but then everything else was wonderful. I am always amazed at the speed of your meal arriving so quickly. My son takes me to Red Lobster every year for my birthday.

Food was fresh, hot & and delicious. My lobster was tender, steak was also tender and tasty, and mashed potatoes were good. Crab & Lobster dip was ok. The biscuits were delicious as usual. My family enjoyed their shrimp pasta and shrimp scampi .

I dined at this Red Lobster on 2/8/2025. My server had a pleasant disposition.

I ordered the Lobster Linguine. Unfortunately, my entree was not tasty (twice). The first entree came out with "crunchy linguine". I asked the server if it could be replaced.
She was quick to bring out another.
The second time, the linguine was "soupy".
I opted not to finish my meal.

The manager was quite thoughtful, and I did not need to pay for the meal. Therefore, even though my rating for the food is low, I'm quite impressed with the manager's customer service.

I asked for a business card, and without hesitation, he provided one. It doesn't have his name on it, but he did explain that it is the General Manager's business card for this particular restaurant.

I'll try another time, and hopefully, my rating will be stellar.

Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibility for disabled patrons is nice. Wide parking spots, directly in front of the restaurant.

We were a group of 13 people, and I understand to bring the food all at once takes time, but an hour I think it was a bit too long. At the end, the food was great and we all enjoyed our meals!

I believe the staff was overwhelmed even though I made these reservations a week out. Brought out food in twosies with long pauses in between and by the time all was delivered the first customer's food was cold. Also, food didn't taste fresh. At least their Cheddar Bay Biscuits didn't disappoint.
