Our server Vanessa was absolutely amazing. The best service I have had in years. She was attentive, kind and very patient. We had many leftovers and she packaged them up and included fresh biscuits and sauces. She is exceptional! I even went to the manager to give her kudos. She should be the server trainer for Red Lobster- she is that good. If you go to this location ask for Vanessa you won’t be disappointed.

We got the new crab boils, we got the Mariner and the Sailor. Two boils fed 3 adults and a child. We ordered Cajun butter. It was extremely mild. No spice at all. Still very good. The shrimp was a little overcooked on the Sailor boil. We still enjoyed it very much. Service was excellent. The restaurant was very busy with most people ordering the crab boils. We ordered a piece of key lime pie for dessert, so good! We will definitely go back!

Haven't been to this Red Lobster in quite a while. I wasn't impressed the last few times. That was before new ownership. Went last night, Saturday 6/14/25. Everything seemed to be improved over past visits. The food, service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Was very pleased with out orders, the Shrimp Your Way $19.95 deal. Everything was very good including the service. I would recommend this restaurant.

We arrived with our reservation and waited 45 minutes. We where a party of 10. We asked the staff several times for our table but they just told us there was still people in the table or that they were cleaning it up. One member of the family needed to be at the airport (close by) The lady at the front desk, Amber, had a terrible attitude! She also told her: “even if I sit you right now you will miss the flight” Finally we had lunch aroun 4:30 and she didn't miss the flight. But it was a terrible experience.

Casey was our server...amazing. He was very much a multitasker and we never needed anything. Great service!! There is only one thing that I do request is that they need to bring back crab alfredo!!!!

Lobster was not cooked all the way. Shrimp over cooked. Gave us wrong sauce for shrimp. Very expensive for the quality of food we got very disappointed!!!!

To be honest, I like this place, the food is excellent but on the 14th I had a bad experience since I made my reservation in advance and when I arrived I had to wait in line for more than 1 hour and according to them I had to wait

2-14-25 @3:00. ( not busy) Waitress took quite a long time to acknowledge us. Same went for the other table that sat across from us. They had to call someone over. She was unfamiliar with menu. Brought check while we were in middle of eating? Asked if we wanted dessert in the middle of our meal? Worlds smallest baked potato as a side. Warm water no ice? The positive : food was delicious .
