Last Wednesday, April 17, I visited this place with my husband and ate a hamburger and it was the worst experience of my life. I ended up being admitted to the hospital with an antibiotic in my vein and with bacteria in my blood and with campylobacter gastroenteritis; Sad way to have an illness and I wonder what if this burger had been eaten by a person with a weak immune system. I do not recommend this site at all, I would not give it even one star.

I have eaten several times in this place but on Wednesday 4/16/2024 my wife and I ate here where my wife ordered the hamburger that comes with egg and a strawberry lemonade and she has been sick to her stomach for two days now with vomiting and I do not even recommend this place

My daughter and I dined at the Citrus Mall location tonight. There was a large party that got there before us, so we had to wait a little extra to get our burgers. We weren't in a rush, so it wasn't a problem.Our server checked on us multiple times, apologized for the wait, and gave updates on when our food would be ready. The manager also came by to apologize, give an update, and brought us fries to munch on until the food arrived. Plus, the manager comped part of our meal, even though we weren't upset or complaining.Definitely good customer service, and delicious food. The manager on duty was excellent, and went above and beyond to insure we had a good dining experience.
I've eaten here twice over the last six months. The first time was a poor experience with the food; the manager was super nice so I gave them another try two weeks ago. The order was wrong again. It's also such a small amount of food for almost double what I would pay at another burger joint and it's not better AT ALL. The fries were not extra crispy, there was no salt, and they were not hot even though I waited on the food. I received less than 10 fries in the container. They are bigger in size but they aren't that big. My toddler ate most of the fries before I could. I ordered their guacamole burger; got home and there was zero guacamole on the burger. I paid $19.87 for gluten free burger and some fries, which is just so much for cold food that's not even what your ordered. I reached out to the manager on duty because I like to give the restaurant an opportunity to make it right. They manager offered a refund to my card which I appreciated and said thank you. Two weeks later, still no refund. I waited to make sure it would fall off thinking it was a banking delay. Nope, just not issued. So I followed up by calling the store. Manager was again super nice but took my info for them to reach out. They sent me a gift card. I was promised a refund and a gift card is not the same thing. I don't want to waste any more time trying a place that thinks $20 for fast food quality burger and fries is acceptable and it's ridiculous they think that a gift card is an acceptable substitution for a refund. It's not. Don't offer to make something right if you're not going to follow through. I had planned on leaving a bad review after the last visit and then the manager handled every thing well so I refrained. But this development is super disappointing, and I will never be a customer at another Red Robin again. I will be following up with my bank to get this resolved since the company failed to do the right thing.

If you are hungry and crave something quick to eat with endless refill on your steak fries, then this is the place to go. The burger is okay, nothing phenomenal but quenches the hunger of the belly swiftly. I did have a stella artois 16 oz from the tap, it tasted off, the bartender Brian assisted in switching it to a modelo. It tasted a bit better but both beers did not taste as crisp as they should. I question how they store their kegs and if they are even using the correct beer per tap. Stella has a distinct flavour, and this beer tasted as if the lwg was frozen and then melted. Brian was helpful though. Atmosphere is not very exciting, service is decent and food is consistent for the main part of my visits over the years.

I love Red Robin Burgers especially some of the unlimited sides best beer cheese sauce I tasted in years I rather spend $15 plus dollars at Red Robin .than to go to McDonald's or Burger King and spend $10 and the food is completely
