Rick's on the River is a waterfront restaurant on the Hillsborough River with good food, great drinks, and a fantastic view of downtown. Despite being busy, the service was attentive, especially at the bar. The raw oysters and clams were a hit, while the fish spread just needed a touch of pepper. The Bahama Mama and oysters with jalapeño were delicious, and the fish sandwich was large and tasty. Sitting on the patio by the river was a lovely experience, making it a place worth revisiting.
