A lot of places to dock your boat. A lot of places to sit and eat/drink. It does look a little more run down than I expected but still a really cool spot to pop by. Not sure if they do live music but seems like a large and cool enough venue to do that.

Cool place on the water with good drinks (and drink prices) and good live music. Tried the food, though, and was disappointed. My girlfriend and I both ordered the same thing, the catfish basket, for $13.99 ($17.84 with tax and tip). But, while she got a decent amount of catfish - I got no more than a few bites. I actually asked the waitress, "Is this all the fish I get?" Of course, she said yes. You can tell which is mine. Look at the size of the pieces compared to a French fry (and my finger). That's almost $18! Nope, I wouldn't order it again:(
Two stars for the food rather than one, because while the portion was way too small (and it's not like it's tuna or mahi mahi, etc.), it was really good...

Rick's is a casual bar atmosphere. The food is decent, the service is good, and they have live music. It's right in the water, and the atmosphere is very relaxed and fun. The pricing is good, and I had a good time here. I will definitely be back, and if you're looking for a fun place with friends, Rick's works well. The drinks aren't watered down, and the service is polite and friendly.

I’m not a native of Tampa,far from it but I was made to feel very much at home when I visited this bar. Great Reuben sandwich with fries. Staff were very attentive and the general atmosphere was very welcoming.

Good food but the price of experience and therefore the price is ramped due to the atmosphere which they provide. It was a great atmosphere, but I personally don't go anywhere to eat to pay for atmosphere.
