Me & my Bestie came down to Tampa for the day to gamble. I played a win. She plays for fun. So of to eat I go. First let me tell you about the amazing service I received from Ishanti. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable of the menu. She was a perfect face for your establishment. I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich with this yummy cranberry mustard. ( I’d suggest you load that up! So good!) my side was the broccoli & cheese soup. Literally the BEST I’ve had… EVER! Since I had time to kill, I still managed to eat half a slice of the peanut butter pie with a brownie crust. To DIE for!

The hostess forgot to card people so we just could have stand in the VIP LINE, Waiter served our food, never came back to the table. There were flys around our table discussing and on top of that someone had their dog at the restaurant. Way to go. Last time I'll be eating here.

I only came here cause of the good food and excellent prices. The first time, service was too slow. The 2nd time(today), service was non-existent. The server(Janelle) treted everyone else courteously but me...l didn't even get aknowledged. Now this was the bar area. Next time I'll do the sit down area, or there are other restaurants l can eat at.

We come here every week for lunch when we go to casino. The food is so delicious!! The soup of the day is the best we have ever had. The chicken salad is so yummy. My husband always gets the roasted chicken with pasta and so good. Just like Mom used to make. Hats off to the Chef who makes the soup of the day because it is what keeps us coming back. The service is excellent as well. Thanks Rise for making our day!

Very disappointed in their pastrami sandwich rye bread dry, pastrami tough and discolored, turkey dinner turkey cut so thick and dry. I have heard so many good things a about your place, and it was terrible

Excellent service, food and drinks tasted great. 9am on a Friday not crowded at all. Our server was wonderful, happy and efficient. Thanks Ms.Lillian ! Coffees were delivered quick and food shortly after . We enjoyed a Carmel hot latte with request for extra hot and she delivered :) coffees and an iced coffee. Customized omelets, the breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy. All the food was delivered quick, tasted great filled us up. Happy we stopped in. We were thankful for the highchair and wheelchair access accommodation. :)

Food was excellent. Me and my girl always come here when we make a trip to Hard Rock. Also Shout out to Juan. He was one of the best servers I’ve had. That dude is awesome.

this place sucks they don’t treat everyone equally

We miss the food court! We were there yesterday. There were people who got sat after us. They got their food first I think our server forgot about us…. We ordered breakfast and a salad. My omelette was wrong and it was very dry. Not impressed at all.

The food is excellent and service is good. Our only complaint is the wait. They have the strangest seating strategy. Regardless of player status, everyone stands in line and waits, even though tables are empty and they seem to be fully staffed. Then, they suddenly seat several people at once, instead of seating people as the arrive. Not fans of this process. And, they know it is an issue because they always apologize for the wait.

All that said, try any of the excellent breakfast options. The steak and eggs and the biscuits and gravy are fantastic. The chicken noodle soup is good, grilled cheese is great, and the Thanksgiving meal is really good.
