Rise Kitchen & Deli (in Seminole Hard Rock Tampa)

Excellent service, food and drinks tasted great. 9am on a Friday not crowded at all. Our server was wonderful, happy and efficient. Thanks Ms.Lillian ! Coffees were delivered quick and food shortly after . We enjoyed a Carmel hot latte with request for extra hot and she delivered :) coffees and an iced coffee. Customized omelets, the breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy. All the food was delivered quick, tasted great filled us up. Happy we stopped in. We were thankful for the highchair and wheelchair access accommodation. :)

Dominque was my server. She gave me exceptional. Portion sizes were generous and food was delicious!

Food was excellent. Me and my girl always come here when we make a trip to Hard Rock. Also Shout out to Juan. He was one of the best servers I’ve had. That dude is awesome.

this place sucks they don’t treat everyone equally

We miss the food court! We were there yesterday. There were people who got sat after us. They got their food first I think our server forgot about us…. We ordered breakfast and a salad. My omelette was wrong and it was very dry. Not impressed at all.

The food is excellent and service is good. Our only complaint is the wait. They have the strangest seating strategy. Regardless of player status, everyone stands in line and waits, even though tables are empty and they seem to be fully staffed. Then, they suddenly seat several people at once, instead of seating people as the arrive. Not fans of this process. And, they know it is an issue because they always apologize for the wait.

All that said, try any of the excellent breakfast options. The steak and eggs and the biscuits and gravy are fantastic. The chicken noodle soup is good, grilled cheese is great, and the Thanksgiving meal is really good.

Now that there is no food court, sad, I chose to go to Rise.
Though I don’t prefer table service while at the casino we were served fairly quick and provided friendly service.
The Reuben was very, very good and I would order it again. Wasn’t a fan of the fries served that day, January 21, 2025, as they had that potato starch on them that the food delivery company must think is good; I just want plain old salted fries. I chose coffee to drink and my first cup was good but second cup tasted like I got the coffee from the older pot.
I went in early, 11:30, and there was no wait. By the time I left at 12:15 the line was out of the restaurant so plan well.

Went to place an order the person Shelo at the to go area at rise was rude , no customer experience when placing order she rolls her eyes , has the worst attitude … Brenda the lady to front was very nice greeted kids and very kind only reason we would come back .

This is one of our favorite spots to eat at when at the Hard Rock. The service is always A-1. the food is AMAZING my favorite is the Ybor Cuban Sandwich second only to the Awesome wings. The atmosphere would be perfect if the winged seats at the booths were replaced with more modern seats. They are hard to get into, leaves little room for more than 2 ppl and extremely uncomfortable. After all considered if the benches were replaced I'd definitely give a five star.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has adequate space for a wheelchair to maneuver through., and there are tables that would accommodate .

Giana was the highlight of our meal. She was busting her butt getting orders in and taking care of guests. A promising young lady.
The food was ok... nothing to rave about but priced decently. The salad was fabulous though and their fries were surprisingly delicious. A good convenient stop while walking around the casino.

It was very dirty walls and table chairs, disgusting. When we order the avocado was terrible eggs hard no flavor at all food was very bad, you can tell the quality has gone so down. I tell the servers and they just say oh I’m sorry anything else I can get you guys?
