I dont know how this place is even on open table. I made a reservation for 10 people and showed up to a sign that says seat yourself? Couldn't find a host or anyone to help me figure out what is going on. Wound up going to a different restaurant entirely. Was incredibly loud and the bartender could not be bothered to help me figure out how I had a reservation yet no one to seat us!
Food tasted good overall (burger - good, onion rings - very greasy, dessert - frozen and thawed). The servers were great, very attentive. However, it is very pricey. I only went because I was staying at the hotel.
I make a reservation for dinner here every year to watch the holiday boat parade. Every year, I make the reservation as early as allowed—90 days in advanced (the date is on my calendar each year)—to ensure we have a table with a view of the boat parade. Since I make the reservation months in advanced, I expect to have a seat with a view. The restaurant is always crowded, expensive, and the crowds make it difficult to get good service despite the staff doing their best. But we risk all of this to have a great view of the boat parade. Tonight, we were told our table was set in the furthest corner away from the windows and people who showed up without reservations were given window seats because they set up two person tables at the window. No “let’s make an exception for the only party who made a reservation months ago.” No “let’s make an exception for Dr. Papadopoulos who makes a reservation for her family every year and has for years.”
Unfortunately, after all these years, we will not be returning. I would rather sit outside with sandwiches in a bag than pay for overpriced mediocre food and suffer slow service (again, not the fault of the servers). I am disappointed that they do not honor their customers, especially those who are loyal and who go to the trouble to make reservations months ahead of time. They should have treated us better than people who just showed up. That’s not poor service, it’s poor planning on the part of management.

Waited almost 45 min to be seated with a reservation. Staff was fighting/arguing and obviously didn't want to be there on New Year's Eve. Food took a LONG time to arrive. Food selection was limited and waitress suggested other choices based on short staffing in kitchen. When food did finally arrive- they forgot items like appetizers and glass of wine. Waitress said they would comp it- they didn't. I gave a good tip but was happy to get out of there. Will not be returning.
The barman is actually terrible and impolite. Really expensive for plastic cups and cocktails that looks cheap

Not gluten free friendly. Service was great, food was basic. Don't expect to be blown out of flavor town
We had a reservation at 5:45 so we could dine and see the boat parade. There were only 2 servers, and we didn't even see one for 30 minutes. After about an hour, we gave up and left. Then, they couldn't find our car for about another 20 minutes.

We had a reservation at 5:45 to watch the boat parade and dine. We had no server come and check on us for 30 minutes. After another , no water or drinks arrived. We gave up and left, then had to wait another 20 for them to find our card.

The dining experience was very disappointing as the limited menu was even more limited and what they did serve was poorly prepared and did not taste good. It took a very long time to get our meals and the price was exorbitant for what we ordered. It is part of Hilton and you need to use your limited Hilton dollars but it is not worth it. The service was limited as it was understaffed.
Very good food for a hotel restaurant. Service was slow, but still kind. Bar staff excellent. Nice river view.
Hamburgers were overcooked. Service was slow. The restaurant has a cafeteria atmosphere. Will not return.
I had a smash burger and a salad. Both were great
