Arther, Amy, Jason, and Zima ruined what use to be a beautiful restaurant with all of their fake corporate lies. People on mother's day took full advantage of the staff. (Including me!!!) I was tricked into putting fabulous cleaner by one of the managers trolling saying I had to do it or else. They deleted my original post.
The reality is I should've been making $20-$30 an hour not $15!!! No one can survive on that at all.. The whole place was a drama festival. It is a shame as I did not have ownership.

The ambience in the restaurant was very nice for couples and groups that want a romantic setting. The music was appropriate for dinner and the server was excellent. A large choice of food and everything was prepared perfectly.

Quite the underwhelming experience I must say. Happy hour, but only if you're sitting at the bar apparently even though the restaurant was empty AF at 5:30. Against my better judgement I continued my order with a sangria despite not sitting in the right seat to get happy hour price and it was a thick syrupy consistency like a frozen slushy mixture served as a non frozen drink. I had the Chicken Marsala and it tasted like reheated frozen Chicken of Chinese food quality. Dinner is served with a loaf of bread, except it's not cut and they have no bread knives so have fun. This place seemed on the verge of closure, even had to put a sign on the front of the business to say it was "open."

Service was good, very friendly and attentive. I ordered the pasta Milano and it was passable, sauce was fine but chicken was a bit dry. My friend ordered the truffle mac with prosciutto and said it was one of the worst meals he’s ever had. Our other friend ordered the penne rustica and couldn’t eat it; it was just noodles and overcooked chicken floating in water sauce. The staff was very nice and offered to make it again or give her another dish for free but I think it was so bad it ruined her appetite.

Soup was good but salty. Nice wine selection. The waitress was good, fun to talk to. Would have liked to have my water filled more often
Vegetarian options: Everything is made there so just about anything can be vegetarian. There are vegetarian dishes in the menu too

We haven't been to a Macaroni Grill in years, but we had a gift certificate and figured we would stop by for a late lunch. The food was OK, but the service was just bad. There was only 1 other table in there, so it's not as though our server was super busy. We were seated and our server didn't come over for over 10+ minutes. Finally, she came by and asked if we were ready to order. We actually like to enjoy a few drinks first, but she seemed eager to have us order everything at once. I tried telling her that to "start with", we would order two drinks and an appetizer, but she seemed intent on taking our entire order at once. So we ordered everything. The appetizer and my meal came out at the same time (annoying), and my husband's came out 10 minutes later. Our server never stopped by to refresh our beverages or ask if we needed anything. I had an ultimate bellini, which was supposed to be peach and blackberry flavored. It was super bland, it had no flavor whatsoever. The food was OK, it's what you would expect from the average chain restaurant. Nothing was egregiously terrible, but gosh I've never had such an absent and inattentive server.

We come here for the unique bread and enjoyable food. This is one of the few places left after the closures from the early 2020's that still treat customers as valuable guests just like they did before. When you arrive it's okay to have a little patience as this is an experience you can take your time with. Don't hurry, just enjoy.
