We had a wonderful dinner at Rouen Thai with our family: my husband, two sons, and their girlfriends, and everyone left happy and full. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and every single one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was kind and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. It’s clear they put real care into their food and service. We’ll definitely be back!

I have done in house and take out. Rouen Thai was probably a 4.7 all along, in the last 6 years or so, I have gone there. The quality of my take out last night was below a 3. I eat Prik King almost everytime. The WORST "boiled" chicken Prik King, I have had in my Thai food eating life. Tasteless, awful and really bad! Hopefully, this was a one time thing and it will be OK next time I go there. I asked "THAI SPICE" - what I got was BOILED chicken, LOTS of carrots, crappy, boiled CAPSICUM and no taste of ginger or spice and MILD food. The fried rice was again just boiled meat in rice......C'mn guys, I like your food, get it back to what it was 2 months ago!!!!

There is a woman at this restaurant who is very rude. I wanted to use the restroom, but she refused to let me in in a strange manner. She was really odd. If this restaurant wants to be good, they need to replace her.
