Come here and you’ll see why they have 5 stars. I was doing some work on the property and decided to get lunch. The owners are very friendly and the food was amazing. I came back the next morning for breakfast . 5 stars !

We came about two weeks ago to Roxi's Caribbean Flavor, it was the first place we visited after moving to Tampa, from Miami, and we couldn't have chosen better. We had just signed our lease and by chance, the GPS led us to this charming food truck. From the first moment, we felt at home. We ordered a 'dark and sweet' coffee that reminded me of the best flavors of Miami, it was perfect! We also enjoyed two Philly Cheese Steaks and some crispy chicken wings, all prepared with so much love and dedication that it shows in every bite.
This little corner was our first taste of Tampa, and we will always remember it fondly. I don't know if the girl remembers us, but her food left a special mark on us. We will definitely return, because this place is already part of our new history in this city. Thank you for such a warm welcome!”

I was looking for some place to eat for my lunchbreak and I wanted something that was not horrible fast food. Well I found this little food truck and it was amazing.
You are getting similar price to fast food for an insane quality and portion size. I tried the Frittata Cubana with some fries and sauce and it was a delicious burger compared to what you can find in the local area.
The owner's speak Spanish and English and are very welcoming.
I highly recommend eating here if you are in the area looking for a quick and tasty bite to eat!
