We came about two weeks ago to Roxi's Caribbean Flavor, it was the first place we visited after moving to Tampa, from Miami, and we couldn't have chosen better. We had just signed our lease and by chance, the GPS led us to this charming food truck. From the first moment, we felt at home. I was looking for some place to eat for my lunchbreak and I wanted something that was not horrible fast food. Well I found this little food truck and it was amazing.
You are getting similar price to fast food for an insane quality and portion size. I tried the Frittata Cubana with some fries and sauce and it was a delicious burger compared to what you can find in the local area.
