I got takeout from here, but it wasn't great. The fried rice had no flavor, and the chicken was bland. It seemed like students were cooking instead of a chef, and that worried me about the quality and safety. The prices didn't match the experience. Hopefully, they improve things in the future.

Let’s start by saying it’s a take out place and it’s located inside a Chevron. This is because it’s cost effective as the rents to operate a food service business can easily bury it. 1st Food: it’s well prepared and tasty as it is fresh. Sure it might take a bit of time if you decide to walk in to order. Best you do the ordering ahead. 2nd Service: people behind the counter are very humble and friendly as they seem to really be appreciative of your business. Again, it’s a take out place. 3rd Price point: it’s is well priced for the quality and the quantity of food they provide as I was pleasantly surprised on multiple occasions. The only thing for me is I would prefer an aluminum container for the curry as I’m not a fan of plastic with hot food. Again a minor issue which I take care of by transferring the food to a glass container. Overall, it’s a hidden gem if you are looking to be surprised on the quality and freshness of the food with great flavor.

I order Paneer Biryani - they made it very spicy I couldn’t handle it also there is no taste to it except spice and they just added plain paneer cubes to spice rice ., i have not even that kind of spice even in india .., very disappointed with my first attempt. But the price for biryani is 8.99. May be that is the reason?

Ruchi Indian Kitchen's chicken biryani is a delightful culinary experience. The aromatic blend of spices creates a rich and flavorful dish. The tender chicken, perfectly cooked basmati rice, and well-balanced seasoning showcase the chef's expertise. The portion size is generous, making it a satisfying meal. The ambiance adds to the overall dining pleasure, creating a memorable biryani experience at Ruchi Indian Kitchen.

Ordered Ragada Chaat, Naan and Paneer Butter Masala. 1) Garlic Naan is not worth the price, these naans are the frozen ones which are available in Indian Grocery stores. They just defrosted it and heated it up. Avoid ordering Naans. You can get a pack of 4 naans for the same price of 3.30 dollars for one naan you are paying it here. 2) Paneer Butter Masala tasted fine. Ordered for spicy, but it was not. Can be improve 3) Ordered Ragada Chaat, which was not available so they substituted with Samosa Chaat , to which I can give 3.5/5.

TL;DR: It's worth making a trip for this place. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious.----I've been saying for years that I wish there were a to-go Indian restaurant in this area, the way they have them in Britain.I ordered twice today, first on a whim and second because my roommate tried mine and we decided to get dinner there. The first order was chana masala curry "white guy spicy" (I'm a pepperhead but I'm definitely still a white dude), and the spice level was perfect: I felt the burn but it wasn't overwhelming. The second time I ordered paneer butter masala (mild) and mutter paneer (medium) and both were absolutely delicious. We also got naan and mango lassi, both of which were incredible.Atmosphere doesn't really apply; it's a takeout place in a convenience store, so atmosphere isn't really relevant. I gave 5 stars because it's not fair to take points away for something irrelevant. (Also, the dishes I've tried aren't the ones listed as options for recommendation; the only one on there was naan. I highly recommend everything I've tried.)
