Stopped here for a coffee before our flight. Our bartender's name was Deborah. She handed me a to go coffee even though I planned to stay seated there. I opened the lid to add sugar and she filled the cup to the top. When I took the lid off the coffee spilled everywhere on the counter and my hands. She was right there and acted like she didn't know what to do. I had to ask for napkins. She asked if I was okay, I told her it burned my hand. She looked at me and then walked away. I didn't drink the coffee and left it sitting on the bar. She followed me to my terminal and demanded money for the coffee. I was embarrassed but paid her. She is a nightmare.

Denied service because my ID is vertical. I am 23 years old. I don't see how the orientation of my license affects my age, but obviously there is an issue. If this is truly a company rule (as the waitress had told me), it's completely ridiculous. If you're over 21, you're over 21. Ridiculous. Won't ever think about coming back!

Really bad experience, went with my younger sister, sat at the bar, and the bartender militantly asks for our ID’s and refuses service because she had a vertical id, despite the fact that it was the one TSA accepted. After pointing that out, the bartender basically kicked us and told to go somewhere else. Very weird overall interaction, especially at an airport…

A restaurant that displays the very animals it serves on its menu--keeping them captive in a too-small tank, doesn't deserve any business from its also-captive airport customers. Get rid of the fish tank.

Carly was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out. I understand it being pricey because of it being in an airport and all, but I don't understand everything being up-charged and none of it being mentioned. Want ranch with your chicken fingers? .50 cents extra. Want to swap out fries in your kid meal for fruit, 4.5$ extra...A simple warning would have been nice. Food was okay. Portion side was decent. Wait time okay.
It's seat yourself, but they do gate keep the spots if you're a solo traveler (we people watched for awhile).

We went to eat here before our flight. Came to here to eat. We got Roberto as our serve. He was very very rude. Extremely slow with bringing us stuff. When it came for our checks he added other peoples food to it checks after he gave us our checks and we gave him our cards.
We tried to say something to him and he told us it’s the correct receipt and go away.
The manager came out and told us to us to just go away.

Horrible horrible horrible services
Slow and expensive. Not worth it here.

What an INCREDIBLE experience!! Our server, Alberto, was an absolute rockstar!! Our flight had been delayed 3 times and now we found ourselves looking for dinner rather late with most of the places at the airport closed already. Thankfully we had 30 minutes or so before Rumfish closed and we found a table and sat down. We were quickly greeted by our server, Alberto. He gave us menus and took our drink orders. We quickly chose our food from the menu, both my wife and I having items that just sounded good to us. When Alberto took our order, I remember how impressive it was to me that he didn't have to write any of it down. And when the food came out, it was PERFECT and DELICIOUS!! I had the Blackened Grouper Sandwich and Gina had a burger on a GF bun. Both were outstanding! After sharing with Alberto how appreciative we were for his excellent service and for the incredibly delicious food, even though they were getting ready to close shortly after we, there last customers, finished, I was still so amazed that such a delicious meal could be had at an airport restaurant in the last hour of their day. Thankfully before we left to head to our gate we had the chance to also speak with the manager, Jo'el. Talking with Jo'el, I could see how, from his demeanor and interacting with us, his staff (Alberto) also has a superior customer-service minded attitude about their work. It is truly a breath of fresh air to have such a great all-around experience from any type of business these days. Thank you Alberto, Jo'el and Rumfish Grill at Tampa International Airport!!

I had the pleasure of being served by Tatum during my visit to RumFish Grill in St. Pete, and I can confidently say she helped make the experience truly exceptional. From the moment we were seated, Tatum greeted us with a warm smile and an energy that immediately made us feel welcome.

Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she gave great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. Whether it was the perfectly cooked seafood or the creative cocktails, she made sure everything came out just right. What really stood out, though, was her attentiveness. She checked in at the perfect times, never felt intrusive, and somehow anticipated what we needed before we even asked.

Tatum struck that rare balance of being professional, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about what she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it elevated the entire dining experience.

If you're heading to RumFish Grill, ask for Tatum—you won't be disappointed!

(Hint: we was here for our anniversary)

Hours say they are open until last flight and there are SEVERAL folks still waiting at their gates to catch a flight. Sit down. Wait 15+ minutes and get ignored by multiple employees. One finally walks by and asks if we have been helped and apologizes and hands us a menu. Next thing you know, another employee comes up to us and tells us they are closed.. awful customer service. You should post proper hours and promptly shut the area down vs having a sign that says to seat yourself then making people waste time sitting and being ignored. Waste of time. 0/10 recommend 🗑️

Food was pretty tasty and a quick service a little pricey of course because it’s in airport. My favorite is the tank fish aquarium it’s very pretty

Alberto asked me to leave a table after I ordered a to go beverage because he did not get a tip at the table. Paid $7 for a beverage and he asked me to leave. I tipped the guy who sold me the beverage $2.50.

Alberto has no class.

I will not stop in ever again. I fly out of the airport quite often. My first experience with RumFish was my last.

Rude service… I hope my employees are not this rude.

I would not recommend RumFish.
