Alberto asked me to leave a table after I ordered a to go beverage because he did not get a tip at the table. Paid $7 for a beverage and he asked me to leave. I tipped the guy who sold me the beverage $2.50.

Alberto has no class.

I will not stop in ever again. I fly out of the airport quite often. My first experience with RumFish was my last.

Rude service… I hope my employees are not this rude.

I would not recommend RumFish.

What a shame, the service has gone to crap. The food is still great, and the atmosphere is great too. Compliments to whoever picked the background music. The servers are smart ass and can ignore you with the best of them. Three or four servers will walk right past you without looking at you 6’ away. People walk past the tiny sign saying seat yourself, and then they ask if they can just sit anywhere. The typical response is, “oh yeah, just like the sign says “. Don’t be a smart ass just before I have to leave you a tip. Checking out is a pain in the ass because the servers are hiding in the back. Wow! Terrible shame

Came at 7pm. Sean was the bartender and was GRUMPY and RUDE. We asked for another drink and he said we're closed. Well geez, thanks for asking if we wanted anything else.

If you love sweet potato fries you must stop in and enjoy an order they have a dash of brown sugar and a little cinnamon on them. They taste fantastic. I also ordered wings however I ordered them naked because I like crispy wings vs soggy. My aunt ordered a burger and she said it’s delicious. Karley our server was kind quick and friendly

Alberto dragged my luggage across the floor with his foot… I have been in the service industry for 12 years, that’s not cool at all.

Brian R. Was the bartender and server that delivered exceptional service.
He was very respectful and very personable.

The jerk mahi tacos are great, and come with a healthy portion of fish.

The fries 🍟 that come with are your standard restaurant food fries, and could use a longer dip in the deep fry but it’s on me for not asking for crispy fries.

They have Yuengling on tap. ✅

Food service was overall quick, and boxes to go are another ✅.

When you walk in, there is a sign that says please seat yourself. The server was rude and tried to get me to move tables after basically saying that it'd be my fault he'd lose tips if I didn't move a single table that would barely hold me and my food and my stuff. I had to say I would double my tip (which I did plus more) just to remain at the table. After all of that, I received horrible service. He never checked on me after I ordered my food. Another server brought me a ToGo box. It was such awful service that I ate as much as I could (the app was good but the mahi tacos were overcooked and disgusting) before I left immediately. I don't stay where I'm not welcomed. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this establishment.

What's the point of telling me to seat myself if you actually wanted me to sit in a specific location??? Luckily I rarely return to this airport.

We expected more. The Angus burger had no seasoning and tasted very bland. The blackened chicken sandwich was not blackened at all and was dry. We were able yo finish either sandwich. Fries were good however. There was no sweetened iced tea. I had to sweeten it with sugar packets which never completely dissolves in cold tea. The waiter blew me off a few times and never really made an effort to remove trash off the table or give us silverware until we ordered food. Being overpriced airport food, you'd think more care would go in to the food flavor and service.

Normally arrive just in time to catch my flight. This time I was able to have a nice dinner. I was greeted by Brian and ordered a Green Tea and Angus Burger. The drink was good and the burger was a lot, he warned me. I had a meal for my entire flight to LA. If you are ever on the Southwest Airlines side go see Brian!

A 24 year old in our party was denied a beer because he had a vertical ID. A vertical ID is a Florida driver license issued before one is 21 years of age but is over 22. The TSA and law enforcement recognizes it without issues.

I travel frequently on Southwest and this is a go to stop for a drink and/or bite before my flight. The service is always fast, a necessity in an airport, and friendly, a necessity everywhere. My last server, Misty, was attentive and made sure to ask how much time I had before my flight and made appropriate recommendations to meet my needs. This was one of the first times a server in an airport asked this important question! Well done.

Unreal. Wanted to grab a quick drink before my wife and I boarded on a flight at night. It was 2 makers on the rocks. We get the bill, he decided to make them a double on his own, and charged us $60!!! Shady.
