Ruth's Chris Steak House

We've been there several times, this past visit was very good, food was delicious. The place needs a face-lift, tho in my opinion, to compete in this Tampa market.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and the truth is that it was a wonderful experience, the service was 10/10 and without mentioning the food, a delicacy.

I expected better tasting Tomahawk Steak. Drinks were good and fairly priced. Again, I ordered tomahawk steak that's should be 40oz with 30oz or meat and 10 oz bone. I guarantee that's wasn't even 30oz total with the bone.

Our sever Mario was phenomenal. Such a great personality, extremely professional. We never wanted for anything. Thanks Mario!

We had a very lovely meal, and our server, Jonathan, was attentive and personable. I made a note on my reservation that it was my son's birthday, so we were seated at a quiet table to the side (in the small room past the bar), and there was some confetti on the table for us. This was our third visit, definitely not our last.

My girlfriend and I visited Ruth's Chris for a date night. Our food and our service were both fantastic! Jonathon was attentive and very helpful with the menu. His recommendations were spot-on. Thank you Jonathon and Ruth's Chris for a great night!

My husband and I went on a Friday night, in a whim. I've experienced every steakhouse in the area except Ruth's Chris, which I hadn't been particularly drawn to, because it was a chain and didn't seem that exciting to me. My opinion has certainly changed! We started with a bottle of wine, which was well priced for a higher rated bottle. We split the house salad, which had to be ordered without the croutons or crispy onions bc I'm gluten free, and it was excellent! I thought it was the most surprising part of the meal! For entrees, we both had the 16oz ribeye, medium rare. It was perfect!!! While the 500 degree plate it was served on made me a little anxious, I LOVED that it keep my steak warm and offered sizzling butter to dredge every bite in!! We also got the Brussels sprouts to share. They were nothing mind-blowing but we each ate our share and didn't consider it a suffering! We boxed some of our meal so we could share a crème brûlée and didnt regret it! It was beautiful and delicious! Our server (I think her name was Judy) was an attentive delight and we will definitely plan another trip with our steakhouse-loving kids for our next special occasion!

Everything was great and the food was delicious. It would have been a nice touch to let my wife choose a dessert for her birthday ...they brought out a small piece of dried out cheesecake. I know a lot of other steakhouses let you choose what you want from a couple options. Our server Zee was excellent

Jonathan and Milton were amazing! From the moment we sat down to the time we left, they never stopped their great service. It felt great to know each person was taken care of, especially since there were a few kids and even they felt special. The food was phenomenal as per usual, nothing missed or underwhelmed. From crab cakes to the crème brulee, truly great food and great service all around!

Angel was a great server. The food is always amazing and I'm geeky hoping they keep the new fire roasted corn on the menu. 🤭

Excellent customer service! Went for the happy hour menu, Robert our waiter was great. The food tasted amazing. Just wish they added a little bit more items on the happy hour menu. Would definitely come back.

Honestly this restaurant is outstanding, just entering the restaurant all the staff and the service is amazing, the food is perfect especially the steak it just melt in your mouth, and drinks great quality. The dessert omg 😱 you definitely have to try the deserts that this restaurant has. Five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks to all the staff for a great experience will definitely recommend this restaurant to my family, friends and people that are looking for a amazing place to eat.

The steak is usual was excellent! But there was a huge delay in our server that evening so much so it took us over three hours to eat and get out of there! Never had such poor service at a Ruth Chris and we've been going since the original in Houston Texas!

Came for happy hour. Waited forever for slow bar service. Then told it was 1 min over. Terrible service. Tarnishes their reputation. It’s like a retirement home in there. Snotty servers. Will never return
