Ruth's Chris Steak House

Came for happy hour. Waited forever for slow bar service. Then told it was 1 min over. Terrible service. Tarnishes their reputation. It’s like a retirement home in there. Snotty servers. Will never return

The food and service was great but it was a bit dark for me. Could not read the menu! Also, the women’s restroom was in deplorable shape. Leaky pipes and rusty water under the sink, missing baseboards etc. Not at all acceptable by my standards.

That sweet potato casserole is the way to go

Anniversary dinner and they had rose petals on the table for us! Fantastic service and the best steak I ever had.

What a great experience. Initially we were sat in the bar area booth. (I'm not sure why – I could swear I entered reservation as dining room) and it was super loud and pianist directly in front of us. Love live music, but it was so loud we could not even hear each other speaking. We moved into the dining room. We received exceptional service from Linda R!! Every bit of the food we ordered was outstanding!! From the Calamari and Goat cheese & Artichoke dip to all 4 of our Medium Rare Filet Mignons and all 3 sides (cream spinach, mushrooms and brussel sprouts). The cherry on top is that we each received our own personal Birthday Desserts!! What a treat!! A restaurant that does it right!! (We were celebrating our Annual BirthdayS dinner.. we celebrate annually together and all of our birthdays are within 32 days of each other!) Thank you for everything!! I got to pick the restaurant this year and I chose Ruth's Chris predominantly because my 2 sons gifted me a gift card for dinner for my birthday.

I have visited Ruth's Chris many times. Each time surpasses the last. I am NEVER disappointed ! The entire staff, from the greeters and valet, the wait staff and managing partner (who is always out and about making sure his patrons are taken care of and well fed !

We have been to a lot of Ruth's San Diego, SF but now closed, sacto, Walnut Creek, Destin, and Tampa all multiple times. The food is consistent and excellent, always. We always will go to Ruth's

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary the table was dressed beautifully and the service was immaculate my wife and I were so pleased the food was amazing and we left with full stomachs and smiles I couldn't have asked for anything better I highly recommend Ruth Chris's for the love birds celebrating a special occasion or just a lovely dinner. Thank you all once again!

Easter lunch with my family was a huge success! The staff accommodated all our requests without hesitation and the food, as always, was superb!

We went on Easter & service & food was awesome. We will definitely be going back.

Our waiter Chris was Outstanding. The crab cakes & salads were delicious. The Salmon & Spinach was cooked just right. Overall we had an Awesome time.
