Ruth's Chris Steak House

Everything was great. Our special thanks to our waiter Patrick always goes out of his way to assure our food is Perfect. Restaurant definitely lucky to have the best waiter working for them!

Overall the experience was good. Superb steaks and excellent onion soup. The main detractor was having to listen to a "medical provider" pitch to a Dr. about how he could make more money from his patients - he never stopped talking the entire time we were there. I wish they had been seated in a separate room. Didn't make for the romantic dinner we had hoped for.

We had a GREAT time! Best steaks hands down! Restaurant is beautiful. Service was Amazing! Savannah was absolutely wonderful! My daughter and her friends had a great time. I highly recommend it! We will be back soon.

We enjoyed our dinners (3 courses for $55) and the service was great. Jonathan, our server, was personable and all of the wait staff was friendly. Due to an extreme arthritis flareup in my husband's right hand he asked for a bag of ice when we were seated. It was brought right away. Thank you once again for a fine dining experience!

Had to ask 8 times to get 1 tea refills. One steak was over cooked. Service was the worst we had there in several years.

Time & time again, it never disappoints. We have gotten Chris as our server multiple times and he is amazing. Made my birthday celebration complete

The food was absolutely delicious. The filet cut like butter and was well seasoned. Chris was our waiter and his customer service was impeccable. He made the birthday celebration amazing. Thank you Chris for making our night very special.

We were celebrating our anniversary and had a very good dinner. Our server was very good and took care of our needs. The food came out a little quicker, but it was nice and hot. We ordered the French onion soup, chopped salad, filet, and a grouping of sides, including mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and Brussel sprouts. We also enjoyed the Sin cake. Overall, we have always had a good experiences at Ruth's Chris - and last night wasn't an exception. The Tampa location is beautifully run and the team takes great care of the guests. The French onion soup is some of the best I've had. Nice job!

Everything was excellent from the service at Valet to the Hostess Staff to Chris our server. The food was exceptional and I am looking forward to the leftovers! It was our anniversary and they had rose petals on the table, and even staff that were not working our table came with well wishes. They also gave us a mini dessert which was a perfect ending to such a good meal. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a great date night!

Our server was funny, gave us space but checked in enough to where dinner was not longer than needed. The Food was amazing, we were too full for our birthday dessert but when we tried it the next day it still held up!

Caymus Tastemaker's wine dinner was a hit. Always great to enjoy these pairings at Ruth's!

We decided we really wanted to give Ruth's another try. We celebrated our 31st anniversary here and I have to say, even during this crazy COVID mess, they made our evening special. The food and wine was AMAZING as well as the service. We are VERY glad we returned and will continue to celebrate our anniversary here. I added a video so make sure you turn up the volume. Your mouth is going to water! 🤤 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I do love this place and celebrate my anniversary there every year!! Amazing steaks, great service however, I was VERY disappointed about my petite filet I was served. Seems like I may have gotten the end piece. It wasn't up to the standards I'm used to. I found quite a bit of chewy grizzl I'm the filet. The restaurant no longer makes my anniversary feel special. I'm always VERY excited to see the table with rose petals spread across the table, not plastic confetti hearts considering one steak is $40 a la carte.. Ruths always offer a anniversary dessert with several small dessert items. We adored it, not because it's free but because the best part was seeing Happy (insert years here) Anniversary written in chocolate on the dessert plate. We've decided to change our anniversary venue an celebrate at Armani's.
