Excellent Banh Mi! I mentioned that I don’t include pork in my diet, and they were so accommodating — they custom made me a delicious sandwich. Really appreciated their flexibility and great service!
I want to share a serious concern for anyone who is vegetarian, vegan, or has a shellfish allergy. Despite labeling some menu items as “vegetarian,” Saigon Bay uses oyster sauce in these dishes. Oysters are animals, and oyster sauce is not vegetarian.
