Food was okay- they only have beef broth and pork broth for their soups so their pho ga is just chicken meat in beef broth. The spring rolls and vietnamese coffee were decent. Banh mi was pretty good. Service was okay, but the manager (?) had a weird and aggressive attitude and was giving an older couple at a nearby table a hard time for asking for “softer noodles”. He offered us a plastic bag for our leftovers and then threw it at us. Bizarre. I will not be a returning customer.

Went for lunch since we were in the area. Great food, my daughter and I both had the grilled pork banh mi and it did not disappoint. We drank the Durian and soy milk. Both delicious. It looked to be filled with local work staff enjoying lunch and many Vietnamese enjoying a taste of home. If I am in the area again I will return.

Best Vietnamese food in Tampa, when I lived in Tampa I ate here 2 times a week! Don’t waste your time with these over priced Imposters like Bamboozle.. Great pho, incredible Grilled pork Banh Mi and great steak fried rice all at a very reasonable price. The owner has his own mom in the back cooking, doesn’t get more authentic than that.

Saigon Deli is hands down one of the best spots in Tampa for authentic Vietnamese food. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their banh mi sandwiches are AMAZING — perfectly crispy bread, savory meats, fresh veggies, and just the right balance of flavors. The pho is comforting and packed with rich broth, tender meat, and generous portions. You can tell it’s made the traditional way. Prices are super reasonable for the quality and portion size you get. The vibe is casual and no-frills, which makes it even better — this place is all about the food, and they definitely deliver. Service is quick and friendly, even when they’re busy. If you’re craving real Vietnamese comfort food, Saigon Deli is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!

I am always on a hunt for delicious Asian food. A friend recommended a Filipino resto but I thought I can cook my own delicious Filo food at home so maybe next time. So I googled and found it was only 7 mins from where I had an appointment. This place was also recommended by the same friend and told me it was 1 of their fave spots to go & they bring a lot of their out of town friends here. It was almost 1pm when I arrived & there are people already eating outside. I ordered thru DoorDash for pick up & when I came in my order was almost ready maybe was missing only 1 item. I loved that they secured my boba milk tea and placed it in another container to avoid accident spills. The food tasted sooo goooood!!! Eating their Banh Bao reminded me of my favorite Siopao back in my home country/city which I have missed so much. Their egg rolls are really delicious, too--i prefer to dip with my favorite UFC banana catsup & it was perfect. I still have to taste the rest of my order because I ordered a lot of food since it was almost an hour drive from my home. But I'm sure they all taste great. This is from now on my go-to for best Vietnamese food! And as an Asian, I will always need my umami so I saved this as 1 of my favorite places to go.

This place has forever ruined Pho for me. For 13 years of me living in Tampa, it never changed flavors, always the same great tasting flavors. I now use Saigon Deli as the pinnacle of what amazing Pho and the Grilled Pork Banh Mi should be like. I've only had better pho once from my friends great auntie. I now live in NYC and I swore I was going to find some in Either Chinatown In Flushing or Brooklyn. Nothing compares. And Im currently writing this review while at a pho restaurant, slightly disappointed and dissatisfied with their sub par pho. I must make a trip back to Tampa soon to get my pho craving fix taken care of!!!
